Great location, right next to the subway station. The building is brand new and the staff was friendly and very helpful. Only things I would improve: 1. The water in the shower kept on changing temperature and 2. The towels had a strong smell of chlorine. Despite this, I would still strongly recommended this hotel!

The new hotel is big and beautiful, the staff and service are good and the price is ok. But the location is not beautiful, not very convenient for transportation, a bit far from the entertainment center, not many people know about it (I think). If you don't mind the long distance, not near the center with many entertainment places, you can also choose to rest.

The location of the hotel is also very convenient. It is located in the city center and surrounded by many restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. I can easily reach these places by walking or by public transport, which is very convenient for me.
Overall, I was very happy with this hotel. The excellent service, complete facilities and convenient location made my stay very enjoyable.

DDon KoyThis hotel exceeded my expectations and has one of the best locations in the area. It is foreigner friendly and compared to other hotels in the area, this was very well priced. The staff were very nice and very attentive. My stay consisted of 2 weeks and it was amazing to be so close to restaurants, train station and etc. I look forward to visiting again very soon.

AAnonymous UserWatching the game, the hotels in Haeundae near bexco soared, and then I went along the subway line one stop and one stop to find this one without price increase, marked 5 subway stations, actually 7 stations, the actual time to go to the venue took 20+ minutes.
The bathroom in the room is very large. There is a bathtub to soak your feet. The towels are very comfortable to use. Originally, two people said to add an extra quilt (add 1W won) in the big bed room, but communicated, one day plus 1W can be changed to a twin room (family parent-child room can actually live 3 people, a double bed and a single bed) , and the partner decisively changed the room type... The front desk is a cute aunt and a young guy on shift.
There is also a very worth mentioning. This hotel has all plugs installed in Chinese style. This hotel does not even need to bring a converter. The hotel is also equipped with smart speakers. The only downside is that the mirror in the bathroom is too low, not good for photos, and not good for makeup.

GGuest UserIt wasn't as big as the picture, so I was a little worried, but first of all, it was clean and well ventilated, so I felt comfortable. Originally, I was sensitive when I changed my bed, but I slept well without coughing. And everyone is kind and the guide is very good, so next time I go to Busan, if I go nearby, I want to spend it here again. The children also went well comfortably.

Surrounding area is very calm, but both bus stop and Metro are less than 2 minutes away. Hotel is also very central in between parts of Busan you might want to visit, which comes in very handy!
