Friendly staff, decent breakfast, allows us to park front of hotel for loading and unloading.
Some of the pools are closed due to out of service though.

Had a lovely stay at ensana buxton crescent. Spa facility is fantastic. Its nicely scented everywhere at the hotel. Breakfast is delicious, very high quality ingredients. The crescent room is spacious. For this price and the quality of food and facility, i doubt if you can find anything better than this in uk.

Fantastic hotel with fantastic staff. Great facilities, very clean and extremely comfortable. Great choice of food at breakfast both hot and cold. Also, would recommend the pre theatre dinner menu. The hotel is well situated, walking distance to the centre and railway station. Will definitely be returning.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms amazing. Love the spa - very good value when staying at the hotel. Had evening meal and breakfast in the hotel Resturant. Food brilliant, well presented and good value. Loved our stay and definitely an option for a stay in Buxton in the future. ❤️❤️❤️

Hotel was very comfortable and food in restaurants absolutely delicious. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lovely location in centre of Buxton in the Peak District. Spacious rooms with all amenities and a modern luxurious bathroom. Great toiletries too!

Buxton is a favourite area of ours to visit and having a nice place to stay is important. There was a nice welcome upon arrival and service throughout was excellent. Bedroom was spacious and we enjoyed making use of the spa facilities Breakfast area very comfortable and wide food choice available

As soon as you enter the hotel you feel relaxed and comfortable.The reception staff are welcoming,the concerige make you feel relaxed comfortable.The hotel is exceptional in its cleanliness, with all the communal,areas the suite we were staying in.The meals we ate in the restaurant were excellent quality both days and nights, a big praise to the chef and his team. Spa facilities excellent. I have two criticism. First.Hotel managers nice grey suits should be waring ties. Second.Dress code evening in the restaurant smart casual no t-shirt,all shirts to have a collar. Well run hotel excellent stay.

Very attentive staff, general high standard but a few details knocked it down to a four. Well-staffed restaurant and very helpful attitude of staff. Main lamb course was very nice, but the risotto starter was overcooked and stodgy. Spa was a nice experience overall but let down slightly by inconsistent maintenance: there is rust on the upstairs pools, and mould accumulated and broken tiles in the mineral pool. Also some rooms were unavailable. Overall, a good experience, but attention to maintenance is needed to prevent deterioration of standards.
