The hotel facilities are quite complete, with a washing machine and refrigerator. The space is also very good. The hotel's location is good; it's quiet and there's little noise. However, it's a bit far from restaurants. The shower facilities are old and not very functional. Everything else is fine. However, the service is extremely poor. There were supposed to be two bottles of water in the room, but we stayed for 15 days and asked the front desk for more. They refused. I don't understand; one day's stay should be two bottles of water, and we stayed for 15 days, asking for 10 bottles—is that unreasonable? And there were two of us in two rooms, a total of 10 bottles of water. They said they wouldn't agree; I don't understand their logic. In short, the hotel is generally good, but the service is quite poor. And the price increase is quite steep.
Not bad size of room is big and location is easy if you have car , very close to shopping mall point 90 which is convenient for restaurants and leisure.
The room was exactly as pictured. It was very clean, and there was a pleasant fragrance as soon as I entered, which was very comforting. We booked a two-bedroom room, and it even had two toilets and a super spacious courtyard! The kitchen and living room were also beautiful. The staff were incredibly nice, especially Bassel. On the day we checked out, we left our belongings at the hotel, and when we returned to retrieve them that evening, he provided all the necessary services, including bathroom amenities and drinking water. We really loved this hotel. The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but it's away from the noise and crowds of the old town. Using a taxi app was no problem at all; it only cost a little over 200 Egyptian pounds to get to the city center. I highly recommend staying here.
First of all, the apartments are a very clean, elegant hotel, and it's very, very, very, very close to services, and the Egyptians walk, very, very, very respected staff, and a very friendly summit, thank everyone, and especially thank you, brother Mohammed Saad.
Frankly, a wonderful experience, and so God repeats 🫡🫡🫡
