This place was good for what it was . I upgraded to ocean front private pool outside of balcony and that was awesome ! The sick for excursions was literally right out front of my back door with tons of people . Didn't bother me and actually worked out for my venture to Isla Mujeres. If you do not go to options while you book you will NOT get all inclusive . They will Charge you upon arrival . They activities lady was fun and played games with us . The beach ia not swimable . So plan ok doing day passes at mandala or another hotel .

Easy walking access to shopping mall. We upgraded our room, but was disappointed with the private pool due to the fact that the water in the pool was too cold to get into.

I had a great time! Staff was amazing and people staying in resort was great as well. Would recommend to someone to stay for a few nights .

It is very convenient if you want to go to Islam mujeres. The equipment and buildings are getting old. For me the volume of the main air conditioner was so loud and disturbing

Hotel location is great Service and friendliness are superb Breakfast is SOSO for this price. Facilities are outdated but consist of essential items (only air conditioning) Refrigerator The staff were very friendly and the service was prompt. ABIGAIL at the reception is friendly and the service is good. I praise it. I had a great time with my family

Nice quiet and clean place. Basic rooms. Has a restaurant on site.. Just further from anything else. Have to get transportation to other restaurants or shopping.

I made arrangements to check in the next morning after my check in date and to check out two hours late at 2PM. The receptionist made me dig out my emails to verify the arrangements that I had already made and received confirmation about. In the room the AC remote did not work. They tried to fix it and got it to the point it would work to change the temp but it was hard to turn on or off. The hotel store is tiny and not well stocked. Their restaurant was fair at best. The staff was friendly and the dock and beach were beautiful. I would say it was worth the money to stay there.

I had to walk off at the 3rd day of my one week pre-paid vacation without chance to cancel, modify or get a refund. I got a room with no AC, no hot water, uncomfortable mattress and dirty blanket. I tried to address these issues with the property manager but there were always noise at night. The last night of my stay, the couple next to my room fought and jelled really loud at 4am which was enough for me to make my mind and walk away.

Nice place, great staff. Food is ok, not amazing, not awful. Good location in Cancun. Can be loud at night. Can't really swim at the ocean in front, really dirty water, all the snorkel and catamaran tours originate from this location. Price is right and staff tries hard to accomodate you

Receptionist behavior was bad. Didn't help that much. I had to bring AC remote & TV remote during checkout time. No one came in my room to take my luggage.
