Arrived on the spot/last minute hoping for a room without pre-booking; didn’t disappoint! We were impressed by the service we got from the staff at reception, the Ukrainian lady in particular was very helpful and provided excellent service. Thank you 😊 Room was great (loft apartment and fabulous view) and was well-equipped and comfortable. Good WiFi quality if you need it. As a Brit, not used to the shower power strength which was well-received!

blackstone is a very comfortable hotel. It has an indoor heated swimming pool and two warm Jacuzzis perfect for winter use. I especially like to take a bath in the outdoor massage pool because the surrounding mountain scenery is very beautiful, especially when it snows outside, it is a great pleasure to watch the snow scene in the massage pool. The hotel rooms are clean and well appointed, the beds are comfortable, and the staff are friendly. If you want to have a relaxing and pleasant vacation in the cold winter, I highly recommend blackstone mountain lodge, it will give you extraordinary enjoyment. The facilities and services here are very comfortable.

This hotel is budget friendly. Some points I would like to highlight are: 1. Clean bed but the pillows are not the best ( we had to sleep without the pillows) 2. The bathroom was super clean 3. The patio is shared with few other rooms but the mountain views are fab!! 4. The whole process of check-in and check out is virtual and seamless. 5. There is 1 parking stall for each room. Overall a wonderful stay and I highly recommend it

Lady Macdonald is a unique, comforting, cozy experience in the mountains. Each day we were served an amazing, homemade, absolutely delicious breakfast. The tea selection was impressive and delightful, as I drink tea over coffee. The beds were comfy and the views in the morning impressive. The staff was beyond knowledgable of the area. The front desk manager, Veronica, is familiar with trails, hikes and mountains. She is more than willing to share her expertise and send you off on an amazing adventure. I very much enjoyed the lady Macdonald and will return here for sure, as its my favorite place to stay in the mountains!!

I like it very much. Although the itinerary is very full, the arrival time is very late. I just stayed overnight as a transit, but I feel very much. I feel that the scenery outside the hotel is very beautiful. I even think that the two nights stayed in the Banff scenic area are better than Not on this home.

We stayed 2 nights at Irwin's Mountain Inn in Banff in July 2022 and I would not stay there again. The parking is limited for vans/trucks and you have to race to find a spot. Our room was on the 3rd floor and it was not very clean. The mini kitchen sink was full of water spots and the coffee maker's filter holder was not not washed or cleaned (there were no coffee filters in the kitchen either so we couldn't have coffee in room). The carpet in the room was very old and made my socks dirty. The AC filter was super dusty and hasn't been cleaned in months! You can literally see a layer of 5 cm of dust on the AC filter! The hotel is located a 5-7 minute walk from downtown Banff so not recommended for those who are unable to walk a lot. There was no water cooler only an ice machine so you have to buy your own water bottles. The nice thing about this room was the bathroom amenities (shampoo/conditioner/body wash were attached to the wall so no mess and no small samples to use). However they clearly left notes in the room that if you take lotion or soap, you will be charged $20 on your credit card per item. For a $400 per night charge, I find that to be a little disappointing!

The appearance of the apartment is not new, but the interior decoration is very good and the facilities are complete. Electric fireplace adjustable. The waiter was also nice and cleaned up every day. Before leaving, I forgot to leave a tip, a little embarrassed. In short, I live very well. I feel that developed countries are just a penny and a lot of money. The children are very happy.

Drive all the way from Vancouver, all the hotel reservations are good, but this hotel is the best! The suite we booked was so big, spacious, clean and welcoming! The facilities are quite complete, including washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and more. The kitchen is quite large and there is no shortage of kitchen supplies. The pots and knives are all Zhuangliren, big-name goods, easy to use and clean. There are coffee makers, microwave ovens, and traditional Chinese kettles, even dish cloths and detergents. They are so thoughtful and complete! In a foreign country, we made a lot of delicious food for ourselves during the three days we stayed. The front desk service is great, although the language is not spoken, but I feel a great affinity from the smile, and the check-in is quite fast. You can see the snow-capped mountains and beautiful scenery outside the window of the room. There is a park near the hotel, which is very beautiful! Canmore is about 20 kilometers from Banff, but the town is not only beautiful, but also very quiet. The main thing is that the same room will be much cheaper than Banff, and parking is convenient. My friends and I booked a 3 bedroom through Expedia. When we arrived, it was a tiny 2 bedroom suite, with not enough beds or room for us to sit together. Unfortunately, because it was booked through Expedia, we had to deal directly with Expedia and the owner of the suite which was a huge hassle and spent hours of our time trying to fix the situation. The hotel rents suites by owners, as well as suites owned by the hotel. After not getting far with Expedia nor the suite owner, we talked to the manager Aaron, and he was able to get us into a significantly larger suite. He did what he could to accommodate us, and it cost us less than what Expedia charged for a much smaller unit. The suite was amazing, very comfortable beds and had lots of room for our girls weekend away. The kitchen was perfect and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again, and will be sure to book directly with the hotel.

An amazing hotel. Fairmont gold dining room / lounge is impressive. Great 33m indoor pool and fantastic views of the surrounding mountains and Bow river. from the hotel. This is a beautiful, classically styled, expensive and impressive resort. Self Parking is a 3 min walk to the hotel. Take a 10 min bus ride into Banff Ave. Bus tickets for guests are complimentary. Banff is a very picturesque town and well worth a visit. Banff avenue points directly at Cascade mountain for an amazing view every time you walk out to the street.
