It's just OK. nothing special, nothing bad. All Canmore is just pricy this time of year. Can't complain.

The front desk was helpful and solved customer queries efficiently. The room was comfortable and clean. I slept well and had warm bath here. It's a great time to stay here.

We booked this mostly as it included breakfast, the picture shows a continental breakfast area in the kitchen, however, you have to go to reception to get a basket and have no choice in what you get. I have allergies so couldn’t eat most of it so gave it to my partner. The rest of the hotel is great just let down slightly by breakfast

The place is okay and comfy but the location on near railway its not that ideal even though the scenery is very fantastic

It was ok

I checked in a little after midnight, so there was no parking space, but the staff looked around and kindly guided me, so I was able to park well. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and it was a great location for my Banff trip. I really want to come back in the summer and see more because it's snowing.

Very good stay experience. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I am very satisfied 👍 and will recommend it to my friends. I like it very much! I will continue to choose this hotel next time because it is very cost-effective.
