Weak signal. Room 1008. Parking cost 60. Why do my Ctrip reviews always get interrupted? Housekeeping knocked on the door at 11 AM, but I was able to send them away. The room itself was decent, haha. Service was alright, and the location was fine.

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Old Town, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. Both the front desk and restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms aren't huge, but they are very well-equipped, especially the family rooms that can comfortably accommodate three people – which is quite rare for hotels in Cape Town. Cape Town is incredibly beautiful, and I will definitely be back!

This is an older hotel. The lobby is tiny and it definitely didn't look like the pictures online. Both the room and bathroom were incredibly small. The water pressure for both the shower and taps was extremely weak, no matter how much we tried to adjust it. Thankfully, it was only for one night, so we just had to make do.

The hotel is located in the city center shopping pedestrian street. It has been renovated, no luxurious lobby but clean and comfortable; no catering but breakfast above average. Overall, this hotel can make the guests feel at ease and cost-effective.

I stayed with friends. This hotel is very convenient and clean. I recommend you.

Holiday Inn hotel in Cape Town is a good location as it is in the city centre. The hotel is walking distance to long street and lots of restaurants and shopping and supermarkets.

We enjoyed it! Service was good, just not as friendly as our stay in Johannesburg. I did love the location though!

Very conveniently located quite close to V&A Waterfront. Every staff has been very kind and friendly and helpful, and I was impressed by the overall quality of service. One minor thing though: I wish they provided slippers for bedroom use. Otherwise an excellent value for money and I would stay here again on my next visit to CT.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, close to all the amenities I needed, making it easy to get around. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. I have been staying in this hotel for many years when I go for business. It’s in a fantastic location, a big supermarket is right across when you exit the doors The rooms are spacious and include free WiFi and plus right by the bedside. The breakfast is plentiful and has a great choice and they change it daily. Staff are excellent as always.
