Great value for money. Had a fantastic Holi ***** these local streets. Security/service staff on each floor does smile. Rail station connects directly to airport.

ニューデリー駅から徒歩数分であるので立地は素晴らしいです。
駅前の屋台街にもアクセスしやすい環境にあります。
シャワーは少し水圧弱めでお湯が出るまでかなり時間がかかりました。
また部屋にはいくつかの虫もいたのでそういうの気になる人は厳しいかもしれません。

I stayed at Hotel Gold Regency for 10 nights during a business trip to India. At first, I felt a bit uncomfortable because the bed sheet had a small stain that caused some itching. However, once I informed the reception, they were quick to respond and immediately cleaned the room with great care and professionalism. I ordered room service every night, and the service was consistently fast and excellent. The staff were responsive and friendly throughout my stay. The location is also very convenient—there are many souvenir vendors right in front of the hotel, so I didn’t have to go far to shop for gifts. The room itself was very comfortable. Despite the hotel being located on a busy street, we couldn’t hear any honking or outside noise from the room, which allowed us to sleep peacefully every night. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and facilities provided. This hotel is a great choice for both business travelers and tourists.

Avoid if you can
The hotel ****** big time. It was filthy, bathroom reeked of urine, there were cockroaches in the bed room and worst of all there was a rat in the dining room. That should suffice fit the review. All this for $100/night? Sucks

very poor management system, staff behavior very rude and uses abuse words. there staff uneducated they talking like wrongly. there is no hospitality. please ignore this hotel. dear all don't book this hotel. when i call to hotel staff and said please book a room instantly he told me send me payment.. no manners no behavior of talking no hospitality. when i say please share your mail and confirmation after that i will make the payment. then she speak wrongly and shoutly and after that cut the phone

The area around the property was quite crowded and didn’t feel safe at first glance. However, in the evening, the area felt more welcoming, with ample lighting and street vendors. Check-in was smooth, and they even allowed me to check in early. I had reserved a deluxe room, but it fell far short of expectations—there was no window for natural light, limited amenities, and, worst of all, cockroaches in the room. When I reported this to the front desk, they initially offered to send someone with bug spray, which was shocking. I had to insist on a room change, and thankfully, they eventually moved me to a much better room that matched the photos on *******.
The dining utensils and crockery were not clean, and I had to wipe them down before use. Breakfast was just okay. At check-out, the staff didn’t offer to help with my bags, and there was trash near the security screening gate. Overall, I had a disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to first-time visitors in Delhi.
