Great hotel with 5 stars! But i wish they had a jacuzzi, but its okay. The hotel is perfect!

What a great hotel, what a great location and what a great town! I spent four days here and this was my base to see Lebanon and what a great choice that was. Forget Beirut, stay here! The town is charming, walkable, friendly and has great shops and restaurants. The hotel is right on the water with a great view of the Mediterranean. The front desk was very responsive and helpful. The food was good as well although the service in the restaurant could be a little more responsive. It was a great stay and I am looking forward to coming back.

The hotel is located in the famous red light district called super night. It is not safe to go out alone at night. But it is convenient to take the bridge. There is a sweet spot. Local features are recommended. The local traffic jam is small but the car is more than the cable car behind the hotel.

It was an amazing experience staying in your hotel for one night and I'm sure that we'll do it again. Rooftop was amazing with an exceptional atmosphere and great drinks/service. Rooms was super clean and flawless. Breakfast was delicious. Room service was super professional. Only one comment concerning the pool: Staff is not well trained (I asked for Aperol Spritz and they told us that it wasn't available, then I pointed out the bottle); however, they were veryyy nice and asked me to show them how to do it so I did that. My advise is that, at least ”Drink Menu” should be common between the rooftop and the pool area, people will expect to have the same drinks they had the night before. The hotel has a prime location and leads directly to the old city. It's clean and the staff are nice especially Nassim; he welcomes everyone with a smile and he's quite helpful. The breakfast is fine view the economic situation in Lebanon. I absolutely recommend it.
