Advantages: The location is OK, very close to Changying, Ole, Jilin Museum, there are supermarkets in the community, and there are many restaurants around the community. The bedding should be washed by one guest (washed by your own home), there is a mahjong machine in the living room, and there is a treadmill in the bedroom. We are useless, but it should be good. (The massage chair I was expecting was actually bad, this was a bit disappointing)
Disadvantages: The traces of life in the homestay are large, there are some things in the refrigerator, it is said to be charged, but there is no rules at all, it feels like leftovers, and it has expired. There is also a bag of corn that opens the bag. There is something in the cabinet, and it feels like something that others have left before. I hope the store improves on this.

First of all, let's talk about the geographical location. It is not far from Outlet, Jingyuetan and Changying. Opposite is the Provincial Museum and Science and Technology Museum. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Outlet. We took a taxi to Jingyuetan and arrived quickly. The geographical location is very good.
The room is quite spacious and comfortable. The bathroom and bathing area are separated, which is very good and convenient to use. The service attitude of the service staff is very good. They will take the initiative to greet. I wanted to go swimming in the swimming pool, but I didn't have time later. The environment should be good. Overall, it is very good to live.
The shortcomings are that the windows in the room are relatively small and leaking, blowing up the curtains. It will be a little cold when sleeping in the second half of the night. In addition, as a five-star hotel, the quality of toilet paper is really not worthy of its star rating. It is really thin. I hope it will be improved.

I traveled with my family. Their service was good, especially the manager, who was very patient and responsible. There were 14 people in our family at the time. We stayed in the villa hotel. The rooms were large and could accommodate 20 people. There were many entertainment facilities. The children had a lot of fun. We will choose here again next time! The reputation is very good!

The hotel I chose to stay in during this trip was really great! As soon as I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff and the check-in process was quick and efficient. It is also equipped with a personal butler, and also provides small toys and fruits. The room is even more surprising. It's clean and tidy, which is basic. It's also very warm and comfortable. The bedding is soft and it's super comfortable to sleep on. It's a good night's sleep. The bathroom is also spacious and bright, the toiletries are of good quality, and the hot water supply is sufficient and stable. When I encounter a problem, the lady solves it promptly and has a great attitude. I will choose here next time.

The first time I checked in, I felt clean and tidy. The second time I saw it, I was amazed by the huge private hot spring pool. You can decide the time to release the water by yourself. The water temperature can be maintained for several hours. The facilities are very smart and the appliances are complete.
Room service is very proactive and always available.

Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests.
My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly.
The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience.
In terms of amenities, Hanting Hotel provided basic facilities such as Wi-Fi, which was reliable and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. However, I found the lack of a mini-fridge or a coffee/tea maker in the room to be a drawback, as it limited my convenience and comfort.

1. Thank you very much to the manager Xiao Li, the service is warm and patient. When I took the elevator, the Bluetooth headset fell into the gap. Manager Xiao Li saw and contacted the maintenance staff for help. The first time I looked for it, I didn’t find it. I contacted the elevator staff in the afternoon to help find it. Very dedicated and responsible. Although it is very distressing to lose the 1800 headset, Manager Xiao Li, maintenance master and other staff have worked hard to help find it. I am very touched and comforted me, thank them. (I hope the leader can see it, like good people, good employees)
2. The hotel environment is also very good, the stay experience is very good, the room is also equipped with a humidifier very detailed, surprise.
3. The surrounding area of the hotel is also very convenient, there are convenience stores and restaurants downstairs, and there is a food street in five minutes.

- Room assigned was on 33rd floor with great view of the city
- Room size was big despite having a small window space
- Futuristic and minimalist hotel with robot to send food to your door (deliveries)
- About 10 mins walk to “The Hill”/“Wanda Shopping Mall” and Tram 54
Cons:
- Not easy to find the exact location in Didi App as it’s very new and there are a few hotels of the same name around the area
- Was told that they have disabled the aircond (Cold air) during winter and it will only blow warm air. With that, we were advised to turn off the aircond and we slept sweating as the temperature was not low enough for a great night sleep
- To maximize space, there wasn’t any proper hanging (wardrobe) area that we can use to hang our winter jackets
Overall (Summary)
- Great hotel for its location and with much local delights around. Service was great with great selection of breakfast. High floor view of city. Just too bad there wasn’t any cooling aircond we could use as the window was tight shut. Great room size for family which is a plus point. Happy to come back again perhaps in the summer next time. Some negative aspects though:
- The check-in took more than 20 minutes.
- On the lobby, they have a beautiful coffee machine... that does not work... Only for decoration.
- The breakfast seems nice with a lot of options but nothing is really good (fake fruit juice, no cold cut or cheese, no pork sausages, etc.)
- The sales manager of the hotel used my booking contact (from Trip.com) to add me on Wechat and advertise for his hotel. Which is definitely abusive.

KKerstin KaehlerThis was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building.
This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas.

BBaolingIt was a pleasant stay for my pals and I at the hotel. The staff were specially helpful. Special thanks goes to Jason who make sure that our needs are catered to - he even went beyond to assist us to order our breakfast using his own handphone in view of our early flight today! The front desk Miya and Ivy were helpful as well! The housekeeper did a good job too, my request for extra bottles of mineral water is met as well, regardless the time of the day. The only con I would say, is the construction works going on - that said, it has to be done so that hotel can cater better services for the Guests. I will visit the hotel again if I visit Changchun again! Thanks!

NNasih AliI stayed in this hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and all I can say is wow wow. what a amazing stay I had here. if anyone is going to this hotel I recommend you to find Sophie from the reception counter. She knows what customers like and can make your stay money worth. the hotel and rooms are very clean big and all staff are so kind and helpful first time I got the feeling of a hotel stay in Changchun. Amazing stay. I like to praise the management for the awesome job but just one thing I didn’t like is the restaurant staff is very immature running and tickling each other looks a little unprofessional in a high establishment there. Thank you
