"The hygiene was good, and the service was excellent; they were very responsive to requests. I stayed for three days, and on the first day, I left a note asking for extra water bottles, and they were promptly placed in my room. They even helped hang my clothes to dry, which was a thoughtful touch. I made sure to ask for the name of our room attendant, who was Ge Yan. My only suggestion would be for the hotel to strictly enforce the no-smoking policy in non-smoking rooms, as smoke odor is very difficult to eliminate. My first room had a smoke smell, but they moved me to another room. The location is fantastic, right by Changying (Changchun Film Studio), bus route 54, and This Mountain, which is very convenient."

"The room was great, and the hotel's location was excellent, close to both the subway and bus stops, making getting around super easy. As a southerner, it was my first time in the Northeast, and the heating was a bit much, but the front desk lady was really kind and showed me how to adjust the AC. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, and they were quick to refill the humidifier. We even got fruit when we checked in and extended our stay, and on ***** New Year's Eve, they offered free dumplings! It was my first time celebrating New Year away from home, and it felt so warm and welcoming."

When I checked in, Tracy was so gentle and patient. She proactively helped me with information about local attractions, breakfast times, and hotel facilities. She even gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants – truly attentive and thorough. Any small requests I had during my stay, she was there to help immediately, responding incredibly quickly. She's genuine and polite, which made me feel so welcome.
The hotel's location is also fantastic, super convenient for getting around and shopping. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The bedding and toiletries were high quality, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The service details were impeccable; the front desk staff, especially a young lady, was warm and attentive, even offering complimentary breakfast for my child. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Check-in was efficient and swift, with a professional and friendly attitude, and they were always ready to assist. The gym and heated pool facilities are well-equipped, and I'd love to try them out next time. This will definitely be my first choice when I visit Changchun again."

I recently stayed at Hanting Hotel during my trip to [insert city]. While the hotel provided me with a comfortable stay, there were a few aspects that left something to be desired. This was a major plus point for me, as I could explore the city effortlessly. Upon arrival, the reception staff greeted me warmly and check-in was smooth and efficient. The hotel's lobby exuded a modern and clean atmosphere, which was quite welcoming. Furthermore, the hotel's security measures were commendable, ensuring a safe environment for all guests. My room at Hanting Hotel was cozy and adequately furnished. The bed was comfortable, offering a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring. However, I did notice that the room lacked proper sound insulation, as I could hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms. This impacted my sleep quality slightly. The cleanliness of the room was generally satisfactory, although there were a few areas that could have been better maintained. The bathroom, while functional, could benefit from some upgrades to enhance the overall experience. My family ended up originally booking for one night but added two more nights. The non smoking room was nice smelling, clean and bed was comfy. The location was suitable as we had personal business to do in the area but near motian mall where kids can play at Meland and lots of restaurants around. I was impressed with the service at the hotel to do our laundry, with check out times and overall information. I also think you can check out at 6 pm which is super convenient. The breakfast was good. The chinese side of the family enjoyed it, and as a westerner I found it suitable to have eggs, toast, and coffee. The coffee is an automatic expresso machine and NOT packets which was wonderful and tasted normal for western standards. We stayed during the week and really found the hotel to be quiet and could sleep well. The gym is good as well with enough equipment for a suitable workout. Overall, we were pleased with the hotel and would stay here again. If I did have one minor complaint, It may have been one day when we were checking in two men started smoking in the lobby right by a non smoking sign which caused my daughter and I to leave the lobby for a few minutes so it would be nice if the hotel front desk enforced that especially with the signs up. Saying that, Changchun is a place where people tend to not abide by smoking signs but still be nice to have the staff politely address that.

Convenient, fuss free and comfortable hotel near the left side of the South Exit opposite the Changchun Railway Station. Breakfast is available in the hotel and there are plenty of food choices around the hotel. There is a gym and laundry room which makes it a great base to access the Northeast part of China such as Changbaishan UNESCO site, Harbin, Dandong, Shenyang, Jilinand Yanji. Despite being in a busy location, the hotel tries to create a relaxing environment. Room even has background/ambient music and Bluetooth for you to hook up your favourite music. The beds come with memory pillow and a soft pillow option and the bed is not to the extent of a rock hard Asian type bed.
