The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient for dining and getting around. The room itself is spacious and very clean. You can catch a partial glimpse of the Xiang River from the room, which is better than no view at all. The hotel lobby is located on the 7th floor. The staff at the front desk seemed genuinely unhappy with their jobs. When I asked if I could temporarily borrow a charging cable, they didn't even bother to look up from their phone, simply telling me to ask housekeeping. It seems they always wear a long face and never crack a smile. The bathroom has an electric bidet seat, which was a nice touch. On the downside, the power outlets in the room don't have USB charging ports, so I'd suggest an upgrade there.

On a business trip to Changsha, I stayed at this hotel following a colleague's recommendation, and the experience far exceeded my expectations. The front desk service on the ground floor was incredibly welcoming; the lady spoke softly and had such a kind and thoughtful attitude. She even proactively upgraded me to a river-view king room. The room was spacious and well-appointed with every amenity. Not only did it feature a bathtub and bathrobes, but an iron was thoughtfully provided, which perfectly addressed my immediate need to press my clothes and shirts. The bedding, too, was a delightful surprise; the mattress offered the perfect balance of firmness, and the duvet and sheets were incredibly soft and skin-friendly. I felt all my fatigue melt away the moment I lay down, leading to exceptionally sound and peaceful sleep throughout my stay. The highlight, however, was definitely the room's stunning view – opening the window revealed a panoramic vista of Orange Isle and the majestic Xiang River unfolding right before my eyes. Especially at dusk, as the golden hues of the setting sun streamed into the room, the spectacular evening glow over the river was on full display. That moment of tranquility and comfort truly allowed me to completely unwind, both physically and mentally.

This stay at Days Hotel & Suites Changsha Jiasheng was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped in until check-out, every single detail made me want to give it a perfect score. First, let me gush about the service! As soon as I arrived at the front desk, I was greeted with warm smiles. The lady handling my check-in offered me iced lemon water, and noticing my camera, she proactively mentioned, ”There's a small tea table by the window in your room, perfect for taking night photos!” Later that evening, when I craved some hot porridge, room service delivered it within 10 minutes. The attendant even thoughtfully added a spoonful of local fermented tofu, saying, ”Sweetie, try this, it pairs wonderfully with porridge and cuts through the richness.” It was so incredibly thoughtful, it really warmed my heart. The ambiance was another delightful surprise! I booked a city-view room with a small balcony. Standing there in the evening, watching the distant silhouette of Yuelu Mountain and the shadows of camphor trees swaying under the streetlights below, it was more calming than visiting any popular tourist attraction. The lobby featured warm yellow lighting with elegant wood-toned furniture, complemented by charming little green plants in the corners. While waiting for a friend on the sofa and scrolling on my phone, I surprisingly didn't find it noisy at all – the soundproofing is truly excellent. Even on the 12th floor, I couldn't hear any street noise. Transportation couldn't be easier! Bisha Lake Station on Metro Line 4 is right downstairs, just a 3-minute walk to the entrance. It's only 4 stops to Wuyi Square and a quick 20-minute ride to the Provincial Museum. If you're not in the mood for the subway, there's a shared bike station right outside. A 10-minute ride will get you to Du Fu Jiang Ge, and along the way, you can pass through old alleys and grab some delicious local fried snacks. As for cleanliness, I couldn't find a single fault! Upon entering the room, I immediately checked the nightstand and bathroom corners – everything was immaculately clean, and even the shower drain had no odor. The bedding was incredibly soft, like being wrapped in cotton candy. After a long day of sightseeing, I hit the pillow and slept soundly until morning. It was so comfortable, I literally wanted to take the mattress home! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Changsha! Both the value for money and the overall experience were exceptional. I've already highly recommended it to friends planning their trip!

The room with the 2-meter king-size bed was ideal for our family of three. Our 10-year-old daughter found a standard 1.8m bed a bit cramped, but she was perfectly comfortable in the 2m bed. It also features a separate living area, perfect for unwinding and enjoying movies on the projector. The hotel's location is superb, just under 50 meters from the subway entrance with direct elevator access. Hauling two suitcases was an absolute breeze. The surrounding area is vibrant. You'll find Luo's Stinky Tofu nearby, and a Chayan Yuese tea shop conveniently located right downstairs. In the evenings, there are plenty of street food vendors, and it's also a great spot to take in the night views.

Everything was top notched in this hotel ! Check in was a breeze and the lift took us to 57 storey! High unblock river view was breathtaking, the bed was comfortable and has extra sofa at window side. Layout is good and spacious with dedicated attention to details. Called reception for extra water and within minutes it came. Breakfast spread has variety of choices but we had little time left as the waitress told us it closes at 10am. Best thing, it is situated very near walking street and Hai Xin Guang Chang. Highly recommended although price is steep, but will return someday. Hopefully Grand Hyatt will drop its prices..

Great room interior and clean too. Amenities are very well equipped (can request for additional amenities such as cleansing oil and hand warmer etc.). Location is great too, near major spots but not too noisy. Service is great, felt so welcomed and taken care of! Will definitely recommend to others. There’s 2 lift serving too, didn’t have to wait very long for it. 房间各方面都很满意，卫生也很干净，设施设备都很齐全，然后酒店前台这边小梦思思服务态度很好，很热情。是一家设计感很足的酒店然后这边到五一广场那边都很近很方便去各个景点都很方便早餐也很好吃

I rarely write long reviews, but this place truly deserves one. I initially booked the wrong room type, a twin suite, and only realized it upon check-in when it was too late to change. However, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, polite, and quick to offer several solutions. I found this level of service exceptional! Considering Changsha's vibrant nightlife, I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast runs until 1 PM! This kind of thoughtful, customer-centric approach truly impressed me. The hotel's location is also excellent. Downstairs, there are just enough eateries and shops to meet immediate needs without being noisy. The entire ambiance is very stylish and artistic. For those tired of 'traditional hotel decor,' choosing this place genuinely feels warm and tasteful. The bed was comfortable. While I'm not a fan of Dyson hairdryers myself, having them here certainly puts it on par with five-star hotel standards. I was also surprised to find a lighted vanity mirror on the desk, as I always have to bring my own folding makeup mirror. This truly shows an incredible attention to guest needs. All I can say is that for this price, compared to a 2-3000 RMB suite at a five-star hotel, the experience far exceeded my expectations!

Highly recommend this hotel if you stay in changsha, the room is spacious, comfortable, clean and has a beautiful japanese style tea balcony area for the room I booked. Hotel is conveniently located near the subway station and and mcdonalds is just located 1 min walk away to the other side of the building if you need some quick food. The female receptionist is helpful and kind to help us combine 2 bookings so that I do not have to switch rooms as I have booked additional hourly rated room to cater for my flight at late night. Hotel also offers late checkout, for my case up to 4pm and I extended with hourly rated booking for additional 4 hours to leave at 8pm so that I do not need to go to airport too early.
