Hotels in Wuyi Square/Helong Stadium Commercial Area, Changsha

Stayed here for 6 nights, hotel room was tidy, amazing room service, even had little robots for food delivery. I was flying out on my last day and they even had free service to transport my luggage to the airport so I didn't have to carry them which provided such convince as I didn't fly until 7pm but check out time was 1pm. Customer service team was also amazing. The only downside is due to the hotel being right next to the popular areas, it can get noisy at times in the night so if u're a light sleeper I'd advice to book the same hotel but maybe a different location as they have many branches around the city. Overall genuinely very happy and satisfied with my stay, one of the best hotels I've stayed at.

We were allowed to check in early, clean room, very good location walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants, supermarket, etc.

They responded quickly to our request and immediately change another room when we feedback that the toilet was choked the 2nd time. As a whole the room was tidy, but there are still room for improvement as they should have clean up the toilet after the plumber clean the choke, but they merely offered the disposal toilet cover and the floor was not cleaned up. When changing room, the manager personally came to assist in the shifting but they should have checked the conditions that customers had stipulated when booking such as non-smoking room. By checking, this will minimise the need of going to another room which my end rejected. At the final room, we noted that previous customers’ fake eyelashes was still at the side cupboard….the housekeeping need to be improve thought overall, the place is clean, tidy and spacious…

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, situated just minutes from exit 8 with direct underground access to the metro station. Surrounding the hotel, you'll find a vibrant array of shops, eateries, and restaurants, offering plenty of options right at your doorstep. I stayed for two nights and appreciated the unique setup of the lobby, located on the 7th floor. The front desk staff 叶子 were exceptionally helpful, ensuring a seamless check-in experience. My room was impressively spacious, featuring stunning city views that added to the overall ambiance. A thoughtful touch was the toilet bowl's washing features; however, the absence of AI assistance in the room was a slight drawback. Breakfast was satisfactory, providing an acceptable start to the day

Can I just say this hotel is probably the best hotel I have stayed in before?! - very spacious for two people, enough space for us to put our two big luggage (the price per night is also so so affordable) - the bathroom is v clean and spacious as well - v tech savvy, has xiaodu xiaodu for you to make commands, the voice command can also help you open curtain, set alarms, off/on TV Aircon etc - has laundry service which was so damn amazing?! They will even help us dry and fold the clothes for us? So thankful :) - the location is damn good as well! Just 20 mins walk to the town area, 5 mins walk to the mrt station!! Super convenient! - they even provide us with detergent in the room, in case you wanna wash clothes in the room. - their hair dryer is so strong?? So rare to have good dryer in hotel room!! - the staffs are also extremely friendly!!

This is a modern luxury hotel located in the city centre of Changsha. It is about 5 minutes walk from Exit 2 of Xinjiang Middle Road Station metro (just cross the road and turn right). It is 1 station away from Orange Island and also the main shopping street in Changsha. Check in was fast and the reception can speak a little english too. Forgot her name. She was very friendly. The room at this hotel is luxury and without any smoking smell too. What a relief. Buffet Breakfast is luxury and good. They even have ice cream for breakfast. Overall, this is a great hotel to stay in Changsha. Highly recommended.

Booked this hotel because it is strategically next to Changsha Rail Station and has a metro exit right in front of the hotel entrance. The room amenities were clean and in good condition. We had a pleasant sleep that night and did not hear much outside noisy despite being next to the rail station. Breakfast buffer spread was good too - mostly chinese breakfast spread like noodles, porridge, stir fry vegetables and fried fitters, but there were also cereal and salad station. Overall, we had a good stay at this hotel before heading to zhangjiajie the next morning.

”Xiaojiang, Tangtang Design Hotel”❤I am very satisfied with all aspects. The location of the hotel is easy to find, very close to the Wuyi Square subway station. We arrived at the hotel at around 5 pm. The front desk lady checked us in quickly and upgraded our room. The room is spacious and the overall design is the style I like. The windows are open during the day and the natural wind can blow in. There is no noise. It is very quiet after closing the windows at night, and the bedding is very comfortable. Not long after we entered the room, afternoon tea was also delivered by the robot. The whole house is smart and the children are very happy. They call ”Xiaoxi” whenever they have something to do 😂. In the evening, I took the children to walk to the riverside. The road was quite lively. It took more than half an hour to visit Du Fu Jiangge. After punching in, it was very convenient to scan the shared bicycle at the door of Du Fu Jiangge and return to the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located next to a train station. Their service was superb which they extended complimentary late check till 2pm and also arranged omplimentary room decor for birthday celebration.

【Changsha May Day Square Treasure Hotel｜Poetic Residence in the Fireworks】 After three days of walking in Changsha, I announced that this wabi-sabi style hotel that can walk directly to May Day Square is a perfect choice! I like this style very much! It is very comfortable to stay and the service attitude is really good! There are also ice drinks in the mini bar hh. It is very convenient to check in at scenic spots when staying here~ Last time, my friend went to Orange Island and was stuck in traffic for a long time. It seems that there is a traffic restriction, so I asked about it! The front desk staff said that you can take the subway directly to Line 1 and transfer to Line 2! There will be no traffic jam on the bridge~ It is simply a walking Changsha guide library, and it also recommends a lot of delicious food and routes. The cleaning lady also did a very clean job for the extended stay! I saw that there were children who needed to make milk! She also helped to put a few more bottles of water, which was very considerate. When I checked out, I also received a small gift, which was Cha Yan’s snacks, egg yolk rice crackers, corn balls and sandwich biscuits, all delicious! They also asked us if we wanted to bring water on the way. It was really a detail. From the service details to the space aesthetics, they all exude the unique enthusiasm and delicacy of Changsha people. Such a hotel should become a part of the travel memory~
