From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the staff smiled, warm and thoughtful, and took the initiative to help us carry our luggage and guide us to check in. The procedures are super fast, and they also intimately introduced the surrounding food, drink and fun, transportation routes, and even took the initiative to upgrade the room type! During the stay, no matter what problems you encounter, the front desk responded as soon as possible, patient and professional. When leaving the store, I also took the initiative to ask if I needed to call a car and sent a small gift. This home away from home experience completely exceeded expectations, and I really like their service!
