2230615****After the National Day, I chose the Songguo Hotel in Tianmu Lake for a staggered trip. The whole family was very satisfied for two days and one night. The housekeeper Aili was enthusiastic and attentive. He added WeChat in advance and sent the location. After arriving, he took us to visit the hotel and introduced the hotel facilities in detail. Breakfast is eaten in the main building. You can take the shuttle bus to the past. Sitting by the window, you can eat while enjoying the lake view, and peacocks can be fed. The shuttle bus driver, Shi Xuemei, was attentive and introduced us to the characteristics of the various buildings of the resort along the way. The service staff of the entire hotel are very caring and it is a very pleasant family trip.

I had a truly enjoyable stay at the Hilton Hotel in Changzhou. From the moment I arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive — exactly what one hopes for in a five-star experience.
A special thank you to Duty Manager Boca Tu, whose thoughtful gesture of upgrading my room to a suite made the visit even more memorable. The suite was beautifully appointed, with an amazing panoramic view over Xintiandi Park — a peaceful and scenic backdrop that really elevated the stay.
The breakfast buffet was first rate, offering a wide variety of both Western and Chinese dishes, all of excellent quality and presentation. The maid service was impeccable — my room was spotless each day, with great attention to detail.
All staff members I encountered were genuinely friendly, polite, and proactive, which created an atmosphere of effortless hospitality throughout the hotel.
Overall, the Hilton Changzhou exceeded expectations in every respect — comfort, cleanliness, service, and food. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Changzhou for business or leisure. I’ll definitely be returning.

MM425341****We booked a private family room, and the housekeeper, Ms. Zhou, checked us in and took us to the guest room. The room has a large bed and a small bed. The bathing pool is in the yard. If you need to soak in the hot spring, just tell Ms. Zhou and she will happily come over and help fill the hot spring water. She is a very nice person. I really like her. No. I had to go to the public hot springs to soak with others, it was very comfortable. I also went to Nanshan Bamboo Sea. The air was very good. I had a very good accommodation experience this time. I will go there often in the future!

We really liked that the hotel was not so crowed, and the owner could fulfill us every special requirement we had (explain sightseeing trips, provide ticket buying support, organize pick up service, order flowers, etc.). Compared with big hotels with thousands of people as a guest in this hotel you feel very valuable, they really try to take care of you so you can enjoy your stay.
The environment is very silent, when you wake up in the morning you can enjoy the silence, listen to the birds and enjoy the view at the lake.
Tho hotel is very close (only around 5km) to Nanshan Bamboo forest and also to the Yushui hotsprings, which makes it also very convenient.
We really appreciated the service in this hotel and would definitely come back in future.

Hygiene: After staying for a few nights, I will do a good job of hygiene every day, change new towels, supplement toilet paper and toothbrushes.
Environment: Sleep quietly at night, pillows have different softness options. It is about ten minutes walk from the subway station and not far from the large shopping mall.
Service: I originally booked a triple room, but in maintenance, we changed a very good large suite, and a double standard room, no extra charge. Four bottles of mineral water will be added every day, and the service is very good.
