"A beautiful hotel and resort. Booked a double ‘superior’ room with private pool. Although when we got here, the staff member who greeted us, didn’t believe the room that we had booked. And tried to get us into a swim up room, which we refused and stuck to our guns and got the room we wanted. Knee deep in German tourists, felt very in the minority. They weren’t all friendly, in fact very rude and quite insular and just keeping to themselves or other Germans. The rooms are supposed to be non smoking, but we were next to a couple of whom one of them smoked. A laundry and dry cleaning service is listed on amenities, but when we asked at reception they said no. Breakfast was nice, although def again catering for German tourists, who seem to congregate in the bread aisle. Choices of some vary every day, good choice provided, but mini frankfurters etc . No decent sausages, and bacon was ok but a bit limp and lifeless. Plenty of restaurants etc outside the hotel, trying to vary where we eat dinner each night. Trips available to various parts of Crete. Our miaid Rudima was great, very quick and efficient. Phone in room didn’t work, and when we told reception they didn’t seem too bothered. Would it have been different if we were German I wonder? Tv in the room could be better place above the bed, sink in room couldn’t work out how to close plug to use. We are here for another week, so far so good. But they def need to look at what is listed on Trio advisor in terms of facilities / services and correct. Also English tourists like to go on Holiday, Harmony Boutique Resort. Don’t forget about us"

"The hotel has only been open for two months. The location is a bit out of the way, but the environment is quite nice, the service is excellent, and the food in the hotel restaurant is also very good. It's great value for money. I unexpectedly celebrated my birthday at the hotel on the day I checked in. Because I arrived at the hotel quite late, I found a cake and champagne in my room when I returned the next day after going out. It was wonderful! 👍"

"The location of the hotel is definitely very good and a plus point. We were greeted in a friendly manner and the lady at the bar gave us a welcome drink. The hotel looks quite high-quality at the entrance and you feel like you're in good hands. I would say it's not 5-star level, but around 3.5-4 absolutely. The room we were given unfortunately had no windows (the description said there was one). No problem for us. Our biggest criticism is that there was no door in the shower because it had been removed. So you couldn't shower properly without water spraying outside. When we told reception, they just said "we didn't know" and preferred to answer the ringing phone and leave the guest standing there. Who would know if not the hotel, so unfortunately it's far from 5-star service. We expected a small apology and that the problem would be taken care of. I think it's a real shame that you pay so much money and then get a room that doesn't meet the standard and isn't really at the level you want it to be given to guests. Luckily we only spent one day here and had previously spent the week in a real 5-star hotel. I can really only give this hotel 3/5 stars overall."

"We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a positive experience, particularly if your priority is relaxation and switching off completely. The hotel itself is modern in design, with excellent facilities throughout. The gym and pool areas were always spotless and very well maintained, and the reception staff were consistently professional, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in one of the loft rooms, which was comfortable overall and nicely designed, although it did feel a little clinical with the all-white décor. It was difficult to get enough air circulating, and it often felt quite stuffy, especially at night. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful, but for us it lacked a little atmosphere. It remained very quiet throughout the day, which will be perfect for guests looking for complete peace and relaxation, but those looking for a more social or lively holiday vibe may find it a little too subdued. I also used the spa and booked a sports massage, which unfortunately fell below expectations. It didn’t feel particularly tailored or therapeutic, and for the price, I didn’t feel it offered great value. The hotel is located in a quiet village with some very good restaurants nearby. Although, we found ourselves taking taxis into Chania when we wanted a little more atmosphere, character, and variety. The only other minor point was that one waiter came across as less approachable than the rest of the team, which stood out because otherwise the service was very good. Overall, this is a great if you’re looking for a stylish, peaceful escape. If you prefer a livelier atmosphere or more going on nearby, it’s worth keeping the location and overall vibe in mind."

Overall, a fantastic experience — I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it."

"We stayed at the Hilton Chania Old Town in the first week of its opening (June '26) and I was expecting to be asked for feedback by the Hilton organisation, but as no request was received, I'll put a review on here. It is on the coast road and handy for the old town and harbour. Some of the hotel facilities weren't open yet such as the Spa and top floor bar, and the staff were not up to speed with how to take orders and serve food, but that improved over the week. We only ate breakfast and the food was very good. All the staff were pleasant and helpful and there seemed to be almost too many of them, perhaps deliberate overkill for the first week? We wouldn't have chosen this hotel if we'd have known it was new build but Jet2 had faked up photos (artists impressions) of the rooms and kept quiet the state of construction until the last minute. The hotel is quite luxurious although the surroundings are 'low rent' as the hotel seems to be spearheading the expansion into the area, replacing derelict buildings, jetties etc. I'll omit any issues that seem to have been teething troubles as these should be fixed by now. The major problem was that our double bed collapsed in the middle of the night, we weren't hurt but that was a possibility had we been old or lardy. The bed looked swish, but as we saw it was constructed using sheets of particleboard resting on a piece of 2 by 4 timber which was butt jointed with some self tapping screws. An incompetent DIY'er could do better. We reported it to reception and it had been repaired when we returned, but there was no apology or explanation. The little plunge pool on the bacony was clear initially but after a couple of days the water became cloudy (we hadn't used it) and despite reporting it it didn't improve and there was no update on it. The W.C. door was glass and although frosted the occupant was clearly visible from the main room. The shower wall and door was similarly transparent and the occupant clearly visible from the main room. The hi-tech lights/ air con/ curtains etc control system was over complicated and some items had a life of their own. The control panel was mounted below the towel rail, so not as accessible as I would have wished. Inside the toilet pan was illuminated and it squirted water which provided no end of amusement. Storage space was very restricted, with for example, no drawers for socks etc, so we had to use our suitcases for clothing. All in all we enjoyed our week at the Hilton, but I don't think we'll return."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of our vacation. We chose a room with a private pool, and it was definitely worth it. The room was newly renovated, modern, spacious, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was outstanding, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. We stayed for a week, and the all-inclusive program offered a great variety of food, drinks, and entertainment, making our stay enjoyable throughout. There was always something to choose from, and the quality of the food was excellent. One of our favorite parts was the live cooking. The freshly made crêpes were delicious, while the gyros and pizzas prepared in front of us were fantastic. And of course, we couldn’t resist the soft-serve ice cream! A big thank you to the entire team for their excellent hospitality and outstanding service. They made our stay truly special. We would definitely choose this hotel again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable all-inclusive holiday."
