"This stay in this hotel was extremely disappointing. We had expected a comfortable stay and booked three rooms for this purpose. However, from the first day of our stay, problems began to arise. First, the problem of the shower water was unbearable. We reported to the front desk that the shower water was very cold and not hot at all, but the response we received was just a casual "we will check it out". However, when we returned to the room that night, we found that the balcony door was not locked. We lived in a room on the second floor, and the balcony door was not locked, which made us extremely worried about the hotel's safety management. In addition, there were only sheets in the three rooms, but no quilts. We called the front desk and got the reply that the quilt was in the closet. We opened it and found that the quilt was a single quilt, which was not suitable for a king-size bed room. The towels in the room were also very dirty, which was obviously a serious neglect of hygiene standards. The next day, someone in the group had a fever, so we decided to communicate with the hotel for a refund. The front desk promised us that we would refund the room fee when we left, so we left with peace of mind. However, when Ctrip submitted a refund application, we were told that the hotel rejected the refund application and could only postpone the room to a later date. This kind of inconsistent behavior makes us seriously question the integrity of this hotel. In short, we strongly recommend other travelers to avoid this hotel when choosing accommodation to avoid similar bad experiences."

"Don't trust this hotel - they will lie you in the eyes to get your money. 1. The rooms are not the same, as shown on the renders. If you have been to Ilianthos before - note that the new greedy owners just split the rooms into two. 2. The hotel is just partly renovated, with some rooms and areas still dating back to 1990s. 3. Breakfasts are below average with "help yourself" service. 4. You will be robbed for each penny you have. You will pay for the sunbeds on the beach and even beach towels. Moreover, you will be asked to provide a DEPOSIT for the beach towels. 5. No everyday cleaning - sunday is a day-off for the maids. 6. Reservation manager and the new owner are total crap with "take what you get" approach and no idea of hospotality"

"The service was extremely poor, with absolutely no staff training and a complete lack of warmth (fake smiles). Overall, it didn't live up to the rating I saw when booking, and I was very disappointed. I waited a long time to check in after arriving at the hotel; the wake-up call service wasn't recorded (I requested it twice in advance to catch an early flight), and the front desk said they had no record of it; I was in a rush and couldn't sit down for breakfast, so I had to ask a staff member if I could bring coffee and a piece of bread, and they said no; upon check-in, I discovered the safe wasn't working, and they said someone would come to fix it, but no one did. I was so hungry that I went out to eat and then went back to fix it myself. In short, the staff was insufficient and unprofessional."

First we had an upgrade where the apartment we chose did not have a sea view and we were given the same one with a sea view, but this view was 150m away, which in my opinion is very far, secondly, on both nights so the air conditioning was throwing water while we slept, we complained and the problem was solved, thirdly, at the end of the day we never had hot water, we complained and the problem remained, but the worst thing was the allocation of the apartments, we traveled with another family of 3 people, This family also had an upgrade in their apartment, they were given a superior suite that was larger than the apartment we were in, we, who were 4 people, stayed in a smaller apartment than the family of 3 people... In terms of the restaurant, the food was delicious but Nothing spectacular, what surpassed it was the friendliness of the staff."

The apartment was really spacious and the air conditioning was a big plus! The kitchen was fully equipped to prepare your own food. We would have enjoyed longer in the apartment. The pool is also a big plus! The service was good, the apartments are kept clean and tidy. At the pool, you can also get food/snacks and drinks from the counter, which was located in the closed courtyard of the aparthotel."

The location is a bit out of the way, but the environment is quite nice, the service is excellent, and the food in the hotel restaurant is also very good. It's great value for money. I unexpectedly celebrated my birthday at the hotel on the day I checked in. Because I arrived at the hotel quite late, I found a cake and champagne in my room when I returned the next day after going out. It was wonderful! 👍"

The staff is exceptionally friendly and really cares about their guests. We had a room with private pool and enjoyed a relaxed bathe in the sun on the comfortable sundbed, followed by a cooling plunge in the privacy of our pool. Starting the day in the Autograph reetaurant with a delicious fully a la carte breakfast was a most relaxing experience. No queing, yet the full range of a buffet to choose from, everything served be the very iriendly staff at the table. The hotel, the beach area and all facilites were clean and well kept. We can certainly recommend the Hormony Boutique Hotel and have already booked our next stay."
