"The facility is quite old and not well maintained. My biggest concern was the visible mold on the ceiling and around the AC units in the room. Breathing in mold can be harmful, and it's concerning not knowing how serious it might be. While towels were replaced, there was no bed-making service during the stay, which was disappointing. One of the main reasons to stay in a hotel is to receive basic room service—at the very least, the bed should be made. That said, the location is excellent with a beautiful view of the ocean, and the staff were very kind and helpful."

"The location is fantastic, and the rooms are very clean. The staff are all very polite. There was a little incident on our first night; the fire alarm blared at 1 AM, telling us to evacuate immediately. We had to go down from the 10th floor, and the staff didn't explain why, just saying it might be a false alarm but they couldn't find the cause. They wouldn't let us go back upstairs. After nearly two hours, we were finally allowed to rest, but the elevators were still closed, so we had to climb all those floors back up – we were exhausted! The hot water kettle in the room probably hadn't been used in a while as it had mold inside when I opened it. Other than that, everything else was great. I would still choose to stay here again on my next visit."
