I was really satisfied with this hotel! Basic English communication was fine, the environment was great, and the 7th-floor terrace offered fantastic views. There are fireworks every Saturday at American Village, and you can watch the show directly from the balcony of rooms facing American Village. The restaurant was also very good, and I loved the towel basket in the room – a huge plus for me! Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

Highly recommend this hotel! The room has everything you need: a fridge, kettle, and stove, plus a washing machine and dryer, which were incredibly helpful during our trip. The room also has air conditioning and ventilation, which is a big plus. It's very clean. The staff are incredibly friendly and polite. We recommend it!

The room was very spacious and clean. The toilet and shower areas were separate, with the shower and bathtub areas further divided. The balcony offered stunning sea views, especially on a clear day when the ocean looked like a 'jelly sea'. The hotel's toiletries were also excellent. Oh, and there's free coffee in the morning, which you brew yourself.

Bringing my son here for his birthday celebration. The room was fully equipped with pots and pans, the dining table was beautiful, and the sofas and chairs were comfortable. The flower shop on the first floor smelled wonderful. The location is five stars! There's a convenience store downstairs, a 7-Eleven just around the corner, and lots of restaurants. Matsuya is in the same row, and you can see McDonald's 🍔, so you can walk to AW Burger 🍔. The kids' meals at the Charm House downstairs are a great deal, and you can pick out toys. The conveyor belt sushi line is always long… There's also a Daikoku Pharmacy nearby. Honestly, I'd definitely stay here again! 😆

The hotel facilities were just okay, and the bedding in our room felt a bit like a dorm. The breakfast had a good variety, but they were slow to restock. When we went, the buffet was almost empty, and no one was refilling anything. However, the front desk staff was great! I bought a watermelon but didn't have a knife, and they helped me cut it and sent it to my room.

easy convenient clean spacious excellent for babies. My 16 month old loves it there. Super excited and happy. Wonderful experience.

We were staying there for 3 nights. The owner is lovely and welcoming. We also rented a car so they let us park there at a fair price, and while the location is not walking distance to many attractions, it is surely central enough with a car. I would highly recommend

It would also be helpful to have a designated space for shoes outside the rooms, as keeping them inside can lead to unwanted odors and reduce overall freshness. Regarding the bathrooms, it would be good to ensure that paper for drying hands is always available, and to improve the maintenance of the air ducts to create a fresher and more comfortable environment. With some small improvements in ventilation and organization, the property could offer an even better experience while maintaining its strong points.

We are very happy with the stay and would come back. The twin rooms are spacious, clean and have a balcony. Due to the proximity of the Main Street which our balcony was facing, we could hear the occasional loud car noise during the night. The hallways leading to the rooms had a moldy smell and some large mold spots, which is difficult to avoid given the high humidity. However, the rooms have not been affected at all.
