Good and clean hotel But customer service in the reception was not good, the man that attended to me was with cold attitude. Not good at all.

Friendly staff, easy checkin process and free parking. The rooms are a bit small and the chair doesn't fit under the desk which takes up more space in the room. The fitness and spa facilities is great and not chargeable extra, but there was no hot water in the showers and on Sunday the gym and pool was closed. The lobby cafe and restaurant is a great place to work from, though the food and drinks are a little pricey.

Good service and staff very friendly. Facilities very tired though. No hooks in bedroom or bathroom. Bed too soft. But reasonable price and bar/food good.

My family and I had a lovely time at the Holiday Inn. The service was excellent , the food was great and amenities fantastic.

We had a great time at the Holiday Inn in Rochester. Tamia, the receptionist, provided excellent customer service and recommended a fantastic Indian restaurant when we requested after hours. The room was basic but clean and equipped with everything we needed. Although we didn't have time to use the pool due to our late arrival, we thoroughly enjoyed the delicious breakfast prepared by the chef. We look forward to staying here again. Thank you!

Stayed at this hotel a few times. Double rooms are quite small but well equipped. Friendly, helpful staff.

The room is large, clean and tidy, quiet, and the service is good. We help with luggage and call taxis. The breakfast is delicious. The room is super spacious and partitioned. There is a large bed in one area for sleeping, and a couch next to it for talking. There is also a desk and a dining table. There is a coffee machine and a refrigerator. There are free drinks in the refrigerator, which is very considerate. It is recommended that everyone choose this hotel.

The bed cover was torn. I didn't want to complain because I arrived at the hotel late. How can this four-star hotel be rated? It's not even as good as domestic express hotels. I hope the evaluation is true.

The room is quite large, clean and tidy, and of good standard. Staff polite.
