Loved my stay there, I was in town for my grandfather’s funeral and this hotel was very kind to me during my 3 night stay. And let me just say the breakfast was delicious

The staff was super nice to us, but it was really an average stay. Bathroom was rundown, we didn't even use the shower (1 night stay) A lot of stain on the couch and the sheets. It does the trick for one night, but if you want to stay comfortable for more than a night, there's probably other choices.

The concierge had a great personality and upgraded us at no cost without us even asking. The complimentary breakfast had some decent options and good coffee. There's also a pizzaria next door for a convenient bite.

Booked 2 rooms here for a night on our way to NY city. Everything was great, easy check in, adjoing rooms as requested, very clean, plenty of hot water, and a nice breakfast the next morning. Easy and affordable.

You guys allowed a fraternity party to take place and all the guests on the 4th floor had to pay the consequences of dealing with so much noise and screaming. Im beyond angry with the whole experience.... never again.

Upgraded to this hotel. I usually stay at another hotel when in town. I was disappointed as this hotel was supposed to be an upgrade. The room was great. The bathroom, not so much. Peeling paint on walls, peeling finish on tub, slowest draining tub ever and toilet paper roll holder fell off of the wall when trying to use it. I informed the front desk and the staff informed me that it would be looked at the following day. Not only was that not fixed but my room was not serviced in any way. Not even the trash or towels replaced. Disappointing to say the least.
A big plus was the breakfast included and the nice lobby. Nearly everything above the lobby was a disappointment. Will go back to slumming at my go-to hotel.
