Super enthusiastic and helpful front desk employees. They stored my bag after I checked out! One even tried to speak English, which was not necessary but certainly I appreciated the effort! Room was clean and tidy and they even upgraded me for free! The shower facilities were all in good working order as well.

The hotel is really good! The hardware conditions are good, clean, comfortable environment, and the front desk service is enthusiastic. It is close to the Mountain Resort and it takes ten minutes to walk. There is a big supermarket not far from the hotel door to the right, and the dining is particularly convenient. The bus travel is also very smooth, more than 300 meters from the hotel is the bus stop, it is very convenient to go to the museum, the city center, and the train station. The most worry-free is that there are free parking spaces, all within the monitoring range, which is quite safe.

The staff were very attentive and helped me organise taxis to visit the outer temples and to the station when I left. An excellent buffet breakfast was included in my stay and the restaurant staff were very helpful.

Nice stay for 1 night in Chengde. Great service, free parking lots, friendly and helpful staff. Room, very clean, bright with a grand view to the river. Bathroom divided in tube/shower, toilet room and make-up space. Breakfast with a great choice of Chinese food. Just a few things related with international breakfast. The hotel is located not directly to many shops and restaurants. We took a taxi to the recommended restaurants and scenic places.

The hotel gave us a bathing ticket in Rehe. My husband went there twice and said that if the room was really crowded, the bathing overnight was also an option. The hardware was good, but there were many details about the charges. The hotel also provided a heater, which made the room a lot more comfortable after 10 o'clock in the evening. People who check in later need to pay attention: the hotel does not have soap, the shower head has no rod, which means that in addition to the sun shower head, your handheld shower head can only be fixed at a height, there are no bathroom slippers but no bathroom anti-slip mat, so you can only go barefoot. Children need to pay half price for breakfast (more than 30 yuan per time). Try to get a room near the river for a better view!
