This is my fourth time staying in this hotel. The hotel is very close to the East Railway Station, and the transportation is very convenient. It is very quiet to rest at night. There are many special snacks around. The hotel service attitude is very good. The hotel facilities are very warm. There are also self-service laundry and fitness services. Next time I come to Chengdu, I will stay in this hotel again. ,

This hotel is located on the 11th floor of a commercial building. There was no obvious sign for the building of the hotel. The ground floor lobby contains a convinience store which is nice. Overall I had assumed the hotel was in a nice building but it wasn't really. The hotel floor was pretty average and needs a refresh. The photos make the room look nice and new and fresh but it wasn't in reality. I could not fully close the window either. I wouldn't stay here again.

Location: Near the MixC, less than one kilometer away from the shopping mall, there is no problem with the location. It is not a standalone hotel, there are multiple hotels in the building. Service: A souvenir (panda plush toy) was given when checking in, which was very thoughtful. Hygiene: It should be a relatively new hotel, and the decoration is relatively new, but there is one thing that I am very dissatisfied with, that is, there is a very pungent smell in the corridor and the room (I don’t know if it is disinfectant or something else, it really affects the body feeling). If this smell is only in the corridor, it would be fine, but it is also very obvious in the room, so the first thing I did when I entered the room was to spray the whole room with my own perfume (friends who are sensitive to smells need to pay attention~) Facilities: There is a smart device Xiaodu speaker, but there is no phone in the room? ? No slippers to wear for bathing? ? The most outrageous thing is that there is no hot water for taking a shower. I ran the water for 20 minutes but there was still no hot water. . . And the water in the shower got weaker and weaker. . I spent nearly 400 yuan on the room and didn't even take a shower. I'm really drunk.

Both Tracy and Yina has been able to help with all our queries and Tracy is really a leadership material, taking the initiative in helping us with our luggage and our parcel returns. Management should look at rewarding them for their qualities. Tracy (大厅） 和 Yina （前台） 的服务精神很应该被表扬。 他们两在我们入住期间很尽心尽力的服务，包括从行李寄存，处理我们的包裹退回，到回答我们的问题都尽力到底。 让我们这次的旅途很愉快。管理层应该提拔，表扬这两位员工。

I requested for early check in but they responded that they can only confirm on the day itself. When I arrived at 8 am due to my early flight, they said the housekeeping usually will come in another hour and I asked if i can wait at the sofa, they allowed. To my surprise, I only needed to wait for around 20 minutes because they rushed to provide me a room to stay, a gesture that TRULY APPRECIATE!! They also allowed for late check in because my flight was at 7 pm. The room was a bit cold though, I had a hard time getting the right temperature. The lift was also broken on the day i checked out haha (due to no electricity). But overall, for the price I paid, I am a satisfied customer! The houseekeping gave me extra mineral water too! Love it, thank you trip, thank you Merica Hotel!

位置：就在建設路小吃街裏面，樓下很多吃的，離地鐵站也很近，走路5分鐘不到就到了，位置非常不錯 設施：跟圖片沒什麼區別，裝修風格很新，乾淨整潔，空調暖氣很足，衞生間和浴室是分開的比較好，一次性用品基本都有，希望可以增加一次性馬桶墊 服務：房間枕套有點點污漬打電話給前台也很快就來換了，前台小沈服務周到熱情，態度很好 衞生：還不錯，很值這個價錢 總的來説很滿意的一次住宿，唯一兩個問題就是房間隔音效果確實不太好，對面房間凌晨還在玩遊戲喧嘩吵鬧得很大聲，可以配一下耳塞或者提醒一下吧🥹還有就是窗户沒有防盜窗並且有點點矮，有點怕摔下去，其他的都很滿意

The hotel is in a very convenient location. The rooms are very clean and new. It is very close to Chunxi Road Wangping Street Jiuyan Bridge. I will come again if I have a chance. The front desk lady is very polite and attentive. The mini bar is restocked every day.
