我覺得我還是有問題，洗澡發現噴頭有幾滴醬油狀物質時，就應該去樓下換房，當時剛入住，就算收衞生費也沒多少錢。結果我怕麻煩，擦掉污質想了一下，還是覺得膈應不想洗澡。本想將就一夜，可是這間房空調還是不製冷，直接被熱醒，一身都是汗，不得不換個房間洗澡，總得來説，後續服務還是可以，本來決定打一星的，算了，我這次還是給好評。但是空調差評，第一晚調不了温度，第二晚調最低還是熱，早上還停電，房間電話還是壞的，槽點太多，真想打一星。

This was a first class experience at a first class hotel. Right from the start I was made to feel at home and was allowed to check in much earlier than 2pm which was ideal as I could freshen up before going to my future work place. In addition, complimentary breakfast was added to my reservation which again was a big bonus and the choices were fantastic. The grounds around the hotel are very nice to take a walk and the hotel is very near to many restaurants. The room itself was comfortable and great value for money and even having a bathtub was nice to use at the end of the day. This is a great place for anybody to stay and is family friendly which is convenient to go and see the pandas. All the staff were fantastic but I must mention Paul who really went that extra mile to make stay comfortable and even exchanged his Wechat in case I needed any help. His professional approach and English speaking ability is a great asset to the hotel. I will definitely be returning soon.

The hotel sent a robot to our room, delivering a sweet selection of fruits. Families with children will also be thrilled to receive free panda toys, adding an extra touch of joy to the stay. The room itself was very clean and well-maintained. A standout feature was Xiao Du, an AI room control system similar to Alexa. It was incredibly fun to interact with and added a modern, tech-savvy twist to our experience. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations with its thoughtful touches and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Panda Base or looking for a memorable stay!
