Area A and Area B are the farthest communities in the homestay. I arrived at the hotel after 10 o'clock in the evening. The surrounding area of ​​the community is very desolate. It is not recommended to arrive so late. It is unsafe. 2-The hygiene is particularly poor!! Some pictures are not taken. When you walk in and out of the kitchen floor, your feet are sticky as if they are covered with glue. It should be because the floor is too greasy. The color of the kitchen sink is faded, there is a lot of water rust, and the rag looks very dirty. Picture 1 is the floor next to the sofa in the living room, which is dirty and sticky. I thought it was okay if there wasn't enough water, but the bedding had problems and the air conditioner didn't heat, so I wanted to trouble the aunt to come over and add a quilt. I contacted the store's customer service again, and then contacted Ctrip's customer service. It should be Ctrip who communicated with them. They waited for a long time before asking the aunt to come over. Later, they told me that the aunt had just gotten up from the bed. After the aunt arrived, she changed the 1.8-meter bed sheet and found a thin blanket to pad the 1.5-meter bed, and asked me to make do with it for one night. I would recommend the owner of this hotel to register in WhatsApp or Telegram and respond to messages using a VPN. The interior is beautiful, the bedroom and bed are very nice and clean! When we arrived in Chengdu, it was 3 °, all the windows in the apartment were open, there were no batteries. It was incredibly cold in the apartment, just like outside! We turned both air conditioners on maximum, but still fell asleep in the cold. The bedroom could not warm up all night with the air conditioner on. In the morning it was incredibly cold. Slippers, tea, disposable towels, toothbrushes, water - everything is there. Very caring approach! Wi-Fi is good and works reliably. We walked only 10 minutes to Panda base! Very good location.
