Facilities: The air conditioner started to cool very poorly. After waiting for more than an hour, the staff came the first time and said that I didn't turn it on. The second time they came and fixed it, it was ok.

I made an appointment with some friends to go to Wenjiang. I read the reviews on Ctrip and booked this hotel. It was quite good. I didn't expect it to have floor heating. The key is that the food in the restaurant is so delicious and suits the taste of us Dabashan people.

The attitude of each service staff is very friendly. Any problems will be dealt with immediately. The accommodation environment is comfortable, but the soundproofing is still good. The voices of the guests with loud voices can still be heard. The quality of the guests can be enhanced through verbal propaganda (ex: please lower your voice and close the door quietly after 10 pm). After staying for nearly 10 days, I can see the dedication and enthusiasm of each staff member. I highly recommend this hotel and will stay here next time.
