Our family of four stayed in a family room. The room was large and beautifully designed. Two 1.8-meter beds were comfortable for four people to sleep in. My daughter said she wanted to "live" here. The hygiene was good and all corners were clean. The room was controlled by Baidu Smart Home. Switching lights, curtains, adjusting temperature, and setting alarms were all done by voice, which was very convenient. There was a projector in the room, and the distance from the bed was just right, so you could watch movies comfortably on the bed. The height of the bar was also very suitable for children to do homework on it. The service was also good. There were free tea and snacks next to the front desk, a cafe on the first floor, and a gym on the third floor. Unfortunately, my daughter's toes were broken and could not be touched by water, so she had not had time to experience the hot spring. The staff were very patient and called every day to ask if the bedding needed to be changed. As for the noise problem mentioned in other reviews, we did not hear it and slept well at night. Next to the hotel is the Sands Concert Hall, but we did not have a suitable performance to watch during the few days we were here, otherwise it would be more perfect.
