Hotel was nice and clean. Location was very good. We had some issues with the AC and it was really hot. They made it to fix it for us but still it was kind of a pain point for our stay . The staff was nice and friendly. Plus they spoke English. Bed comfortable and clean room .

Perfect Location, Super Clean & Staff Saved the Day! Loved hotel stay! Spotlessly clean rooms, and the staff were incredibly helpful, especially when carrying luggage up the stairs (note: no elevator, so pack light if possible). The location is a Safe, walkable area. Just be ready for stair climbs with bags!

The room was not clean upon arrival. However I left and shortly after it was ready. The owner was kind and accommodating. Nice aesthetic hotel.

Great location close to metro and a major bus station with tons of restaurants and small eateries a short walk away. The room is a tad on the small side but that was disclosed. The room was clean and well-equipped. The lobby however looks like a bomb went off. It is cluttered with........stuff and is dark and musty. Needs a clean up. Nevertheless, it's still a good value.

Great service and location but hygiene wasn’t good. There was a sewage smell in the room and shower.

Room is clean and the owner is helpful. She help to carry our heavy luggages down the flight of stairs without complaint. A short walk to the MRT. Lot of food nearby.

Very comfortable room. The bathroom is quite small and has frosted partition (but is a little see-through). The beds are comfortable and room very pleasant. Superb location!

Great location for exploring the city. Very close to restaurants, bars, tea/coffee places, convenience store, metro station (3), and bus stop. Nice and comfortable rooms with river view. Very friendly host. Easy to find.

The room was not clean, especially shower and towels. My mistake for not noticing that smoking was permitted. Location is good staff friendly.

The Place Is close to the city center and perfect if you are travelling from Xinnanmen station. The personnel have been really nice and welcoming. Recommended.

The owner Ada is above and beyond. I needed to ship a package so she walked me to the post office late at night to make sure I knew where to go. John was beyond helpful with travel / destination recs. Location is amazing; you're right next to An Shun bridge, 15 min walk to Tai Koo li, and close to LKF for night life as well. You're right on the water, so that's good. You're right next to a street, but there's not noise pollution at all. Blackout blinds work really well. Free water, beer waiting for you on your room. I got the big room; good desk for working.
