Great location and service. The hotel is very conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the area.
We also appreciated the smooth check-in process and the overall atmosphere of the hotel.

Great room. Great facilities. Great location. The only imperfect part is the staff at the fitness centre. Inattentive and unfriendly. It's as if they are hiding from everybody so they can skive. To be fair, some were good. But a few are terrible.

Has the best location amongst all the five-star hotels in Chengdu. On Chunxi road, next to Tai Koo Li, and walking distance to Jin Jiang theatre (plotted Sichuan opera and face- changing show) and Dong Men pier ( for night boat experience ).
We stayed at the 80-square-meter executive suite for three nights, which is very family friendly and cozy. Didi-ed to every scenic or cultural sites during the days.
Food at the Grand Club is excellent. Especially impressed by Le Shan tofu pudding — complemented the chef. Variety of local cuisines and exquisite with nice ingredients.
Will stay here again if I come back to visit Chengdu again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hyatt Chengdu. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the bell staff who promptly opened our car doors and helped with our luggages. Every staff we encountered during our staff was polite and friendly. I can’t recall the name of the housekeeping staff, but she was especially thoughtful - leaving a written note and crafting a cute towel elephant for us. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel’s breakfast has a good spread too! The location of the hotel is also a big plus as it is situated right next to Chun xi lu where you can do all the shoppings. We will choose Grant Hyatt again when we visit Chengdu next time.

The hotel is in an excellent location—just a 10-minute walk to IFS and 15 minutes to Taikoo Li. You probably won’t find a better base, as all the must-visit spots are nearby. While the amenities are a bit dated and could use refurbishment, it didn’t bother us since we spent most of our time exploring the city. The service was outstanding. Special thanks to Molly at the Concierge for her exceptional hospitality, and to Alex at #8 Hotpot for his keen attention to detail and going the extra mile for guests. Oh yes, #8 Hotpot is a must-try if you’re staying here—hotel guests enjoy 15% off!

10/10 experience at Grand Hyatt Chengdu. The room is sparkling clean. The room has nice design yet simple and comfy. Bedding so comfortable that I didn't even have jet lag.... Amazing view of IFS and Chunxi road. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Prime location. Honestly at this price it's no brainer to stay at this hotel. I will definitely come back again.

Really comfortable stay with a great view and convenient location. The staff service was really great and breakfast was top notch as well. Will definitely stay again in Grand Hyatt when I’m back to Chengdu!

Hotel locations very good a lots of shopping mall and restaurants.. Room very big and clean. All the staffs was very friendly and polite. Very happy with my stay.
