Location is great for the Panda Base! The staff are very helpful and the room was amazing.. Super comfortable bed and pillows, coffee and tea, super soft towels..Spacious and spotlessly clean. There is a large shopping mall just minutes away with a large good court. Buses run to Panda Base and Didi cars and taxis stop just around the corner.

Absolutely amazing experience. Rooms are very spacious and clean, and the staff are out of this world. There are both washers and dryers available which was a nice addition. Very convenient location for the Panda Research Centre, but fairly far away from both the city centre and the airport. If I returned to Chengdu, I would most definitely stay here again, 10/10!

There are a lot of hairs under the sheets in the hotel. There are also a lot of hairs on the bed. The part of the back of the pillow that shows the inside is yellow. There are some stains on the corners of the quilt. The hygiene is not good enough. Everything else is okay.

This is my first time staying at their hotel. I have stayed in many hotels, but the overall experience of this stay is very good. The service of the lady at the front desk is very considerate. Their facilities are quite complete, including a gym. The mattress in the room seems to be zero pressure, very comfortable, and the room is relatively quiet. When I checked out, I left something behind, so I asked the lady at the front desk to call a car for me, and they immediately called a car to deliver it to me. In short, the service is very good.
