This is my 2nd time to stay here, love the muji concept of design. Friendly staffs and unlimited mineral water supply!

It was nice staying at Ji Hotel (Chengdu Chunxi Road Taikoo Li) ! Super convenient—right by the metro and just a short walk to IFS on Chunxi Road. The staff were very helpful, and the rooms were spacious. A perfect spot for exploring the city!

Overall is good. staff is friendly and helpful. Location is superb. Room is big and clean. Only one thing is bad; cigarrate smell came from bathroom water pipe.

Thr location of this hotel is excellent, just around 3-5 minutes walk to the aiport bus stop and easy to walk around to ifs, chunxi road and taikooli. The room is spacious and all necessary amenities are provided. The hotel staffs, receptionists and housekeepers are nice. If you want to stay in this city center, i'd highly recommend this hotel. Super near the ifs panda where all the day trip buses are at. There is 2 exit. So have to use the right one for nearer exit. Room is not too noisy, acceptable for a city. I was on level 6. There is limited amenities (no robot to deliver *******)

The location is really convenient. Smack in the centre of the city. Nearby to a good coffee shop too.

During our summer family trip, we booked a family room with one large and one small bed through Ctrip. The location is unbeatable; it's right at the subway exit. Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li are literally on the doorstep, and getting around Chengdu was incredibly convenient. The hotel was spotless, and the service was exceptionally attentive. Our Chengdu trip was a complete success!

The location is superb, right next to Chunxi Road Taikoo Li. There's fantastic food and shopping right downstairs. The E1 subway exit, which has escalators, is just a minute or two walk away. The hotel lobby is on the fourth floor. Overall, the service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!

The hotel has a modest entrance, but its location is truly unbeatable. It's right next to the exits for Metro Lines 2 and 3, making it incredibly convenient to reach the East Railway Station and various tourist attractions. Just a short walk away, you can catch tourist and airport buses from the famous giant panda landmark. Downstairs from the hotel, there are numerous hotpot restaurants, and there's even a 'fei chang fen' (intestine noodle soup) spot that's exceptionally tasty. We opted for a room with one queen bed and one single bed, which was perfect for our family of three traveling together.

This is hands down the worst Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at. Upon arrival, the front desk staff suggested an upgrade, which I accepted and paid for, moving into room 1110. The soundproofing was absolutely abysmal, completely beyond anything I could have imagined. Often, after 2 AM, the guests in the adjacent room would be laughing and talking, and we could hear every single word. Consequently, listening to them for an hour in the middle of the night meant I couldn't get proper sleep. Regarding housekeeping, one morning I left at 7:30 AM and placed the 'Please make up room' sign on my door. However, by the time I returned to the hotel at 12:30 PM, my room still hadn't been touched. I was ready for my afternoon nap and desperately needed to sleep, as I had been kept awake by the neighbors the previous night. Moreover, the cleaning staff also had a poor attitude. Overall, a very disappointing stay.
