Came back with the bicycle this time because the hotel is great and the location for cycling is fantastic. Swimming pool for laps and jacuzzi to relax in. The on site cafe has a great choice and is very good value for money. Rooms are always too hot and having just collected my breakfast and laid it neatly on the table, it was then taken away and thrown in the bin whilst I was fetching a coffee!! So I had to collect it all again and take the butter from the bin because there was none left!!

Wonderful place , elegant, classy, comfy room with nice lake view, well equipped with all comforts. Restaurants provide plenty of choices for breakfast or lunch/dinner. The gym and swimming pool is just what you need to end your working day in a relaxing way. Only downside is the lack of English in some of the stuff, but the attitude is always helpful. Really enjoined my staying

In business arriving at midnight and having excellent staff on hand makes a huge difference. I believe it was Kevin who looked after me - just outstanding and really appreciated the upgrade, even though I left at 7am the next day. Absolutely coming back.

The hotel overall was good, however i was disappointed because i felt being conned by Trip App, where i had to pay rmb1000 at the counter for the room rate, i have initially paid rmb620 online aa advertised on Trip. I was only told at the counter that the amount paid online was then security booking instead of the actual room rate. I had totally no idea and it was not mentioned on the website advert; i've booked hotel many times across china through TRIP but this was the first time i came across this. I felt being conned big time and i want to write this review to make sure others consumers did not fall into this TRAP!!

I will definitely come back to this hotel! The environment is beautiful and the facilities are new. The hotel has a wide range of food and beverages, and you can meet all kinds of needs without leaving home. Special praise for the front desk staff 🌹!
