They even arranged a car service to take us to the airport in the early morning and thoughtfully prepared breakfast for us, although I wasn't feeling well enough to eat it. Overall, it was a great stay. I'll definitely book here again for my next business trip."

"I had booked a singlebed apartment on the highest floor (6-8 as per the booking). However, I was instead allocated a two-room family apartment on the 4th floor. When I raised this concern, I was told that everything was already booked, which is not an acceptable explanation for a confirmed reservation. The front office also informed me that my requested apartment would be allocated on the second day. However, no one followed up with me, and I did not receive any call or response regarding this matter. In addition, the cleanliness of the apartment was very disappointing. I felt uncomfortable sitting on the sofa, as the area under and around it had not been cleaned. The tables were also not wiped properly. This level of hygiene does not meet basic accommodation standards. I am very dissatisfied with both the apartment allocation and the lack of communication, as well as the cleanliness of the room. I expect this issue to be addressed seriously."

The hotel has a manor-like style, but the interior is quite spacious, with fifty rooms on one floor. They provide welcome fruits, and breakfast is very generous, surprisingly including seafood (though just shrimp), and stewed pork bones, which was all quite good."

"The location of the hotel is very good. Compared with other hotels of similar price in the city center, the decoration and design of this hotel are much newer, and it is very comfortable to stay. Breakfast has both Western and Indian styles and tastes good. The service attitude of the hotel reception and cleaning staff is also very good. The only thing I can fault is that the springs of the bed are a bit old, but it does not affect the quality of sleep."
