Next door is the shopping mall, although the opposite club is closer to the new Express mall, the environment here is quieter. (Picture 12 is a corner of the lobby) All the service staff are very polite, patient and enthusiastic. The room was upgraded to a suite, it was really worth the money!"

From the moment we arrived on 12 June 2025, we had warm welcome from the concierge and attentive service from the reception staff. The room given was on the first floor, which was impeccably clean, spacious, with a stunning view of the city.The bathroom was freshly cleaned and well stocked with tissue paper and toiletries . The breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.The Manager , Chef, and Waiter presents a professional and polished image that contributes to the overall dining experience. Manager Selvakumar was always seen talking to guests getting feedbacks and reassuring to our needs. Exclusively the restaurant has a big wooden cart with a young boy serving boiling coffee and tea. Overall the hotel's attention to commitment to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. This hotel is in the city and convenient location to all local amenities I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience.""

"The hotel is actually getting outdated with boring interior with fading colors and stripping off hard materials, they should do something about getting rid of birds that pooping on windows and unpleasant views. Exterior obviously can see lots of cracks all over building. Fayaz the front desk guy check in dunno how to smile when welcoming customers. You are saying it’s luxury collection hotel but something you have to work on it. Otherwise competitor will take over."

"The front office is friendly. Fast check is in check.. Security was good with Siraj, very attentive to checking, felt safe. Breakfast was not too bad, can be better. The egg specials were very good. Housekeeping guys were polite and good at their work, too. Besides that, they have kept the rooms very clean and tidy. They provide water in refill bottles, like their sustainability efforts around the hotel. With construction nearby, the room remained silent. In room dining is tasty. Tours can be arranged for a good price. Value for money. Overall, I recommend this hotel."

"The whole stay has always been a pleasure with friendly staff as we do stay almost every year. This trip had some issues with the room however it was immediately address by a lady floor manager the next day ( apologies did not get her name) who was kind to upgrade our stay without us asking. The other shout out would go to Mr Krishna at their restaurant on the ground floor. Which serve delicious vegetarian meals. He went beyond his ways to make our meals enjoyable .nothing beats having your coffee served without being asked every morning . Super customer service from him. Thank you Krishna. See you guys soon. Amazing place to stay with a mall linked next door."

"Came here for a running competition, hotel was busy, however gave me a room overlooking the train track which was so loud, did not sleep at night as constantly making noise. I would request another room. Service was so bad on one day but then they sorted it."

Athulya and Ganesan assisted too and helped me with information and transport. Hotel food was delicious. Rashid makes you feel you are her family. Explained dishes, ensure you enjoy the culinary experience. I am awaiting to return."
