Had a pleasant 3-night stay at Four Points Hotel in Velachery, Chennai. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. Service was consistently good throughout the stay, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and fast — definitely appreciated after a long day of travel. The in-house restaurant, Sage n Salt, offers a great variety of food. Enjoyed the dining experience there, with good service to match. The only downside was the presence of mosquitoes, but that seems to be a common issue in India overall. Overall, still a comfortable and enjoyable stay 👍

The front office is friendly. Fast check is in check.. Security was good with Siraj, very attentive to checking, felt safe. Breakfast was not too bad, can be better. The egg specials were very good. Housekeeping guys were polite and good at their work, too. Besides that, they have kept the rooms very clean and tidy. They provide water in refill bottles, like their sustainability efforts around the hotel. With construction nearby, the room remained silent. In room dining is tasty. Tours can be arranged for a good price. Value for money. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Rating: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½ (4.5/5) I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient — it’s close to the airport, which made travel easy and stress-free. The room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to move around. The room doors looked quite old, and some of the in-room facilities could use better maintenance, but these were minor issues and didn’t affect my overall experience much. I believe they can be easily improved. The breakfast was good and had a decent variety. Another plus is the number of shops nearby, which is great if you enjoy shopping or just want easy access to essentials. Overall, a solid experience and I would definitely consider staying here again!

We stayed here for 2Nights and 3Days. The Ambience was very pleasant to stay . As we expected it was very clean and then the service were very good , The food they provided was very Tasty and good . Here nylon dress is mandatory for swimming, so we coludn't experience that. vessels are avaliable for cooking , if we take grocery items we can cook and eat. Swiggy & zomato orders also allowed. Overall we loved this Hotel.

Location: Excellent Facilities: Good Service: Unsatisfactory 1. There was no one to greet us upon arrival 2. Our suitcases were unattended and we had to carry them to our room ourselves. 3. Mosquitoes everywhere. 4. We had to request for mosquito repellent. The hotel staff should be more attentive and ensure rooms are stocked with essentials. 5. The food we ordered for in-room dining was not even warm (forget hot food). We only ordered some fries and a sandwich - not sure if the fries were prepared and shipped from France 😂 Will never opt this place again.

Nice hotel and amenities (pool and gym). Good breakfast options but overcrowded and difficult to get seat. It's a bit of a walk from the Metro, but walkable to the Museums.

The room was clean, modern, and cozy. The bed was comfortable, and the AC worked perfectly. The bathroom was well-maintained, and the shower had good water pressure Staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in and check-out were smooth and quick. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient A clean, comfortable, and convenient hotel on OMR. It was a fascinating trip with great experiences. India is a place like no other. The hotel was clean and the staff very friendly. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets could have been better but it was very adequate. Rooms were clean and comfortable. I would return again for sure. Prices were very nice.

This hotel is very average and does not live up to the Holiday Inn name. The rooms are very small, the bedsheets and pillows were dirty, and the overall cleanliness was poor. The bed was uncomfortable and the facilities were not up to the expected standard. I booked here because of the Holiday Inn brand, but the quality was very low compared to what the name suggests. Not recommended, especially for executive travelers.
