The first time I stayed at Atour Hotel, the experience was good. The lobby was large. There were many books. The bathroom was very clean. The service was very good. The room was a twin room. The facilities were very new. The bathroom was dry and wet. The details of the supporting supplies were very good. The sink had tissue boxes and garbage boxes. The overall color scheme is calm and sophisticated, and the indoor temperature control system operates extremely quietly, without any disturbance. The towels have an exceptionally dense fiber texture, making them soft and supple against the skin. Every power outlet is precisely located within easy reach. This deep understanding of living habits makes for an incredibly smooth and luxurious stay, allowing for complete relaxation of mind and body.

The experience exceeded expectations, the room was large, the hardware facilities, bedding materials, etc. were very real, and the living was very comfortable. Especially some details are thoughtful, such as the clothesline in the shower room, I have not lived in many hotels, and I don’t know where to hang clothes. The toilet 🚽 is smart 👍...The breakfast is also very rich and the materials are good; If you are geographically located, drive 10 minutes from Zhangzhou West Station, 20 minutes from Beihu Park, and about 20 minutes from the locomotive canteen. If you don’t have traffic jams... If you have to find shortcomings, it is a bit far from Dongjiang Lake and Feitian Mountain. Dongjiang Lake is more than 1 hour, Feitian Mountain is about 40 minutes.

I found this hotel on Ctrip. It's said to be one of the best five-star hotels in Chenzhou. The lobby exudes the grandeur expected of a five-star hotel. The front desk representative, Xiao Ou, was warm and attentive, always accommodating my needs. Seeing I was traveling with my child, she upgraded me to a quieter room and provided breakfast for my child—such a thoughtful gesture. The room was clean and tidy. While it didn't have the automatic curtains and other features of some smart hotels, the service more than made up for it. The cleaning lady noticed I was doing laundry and brought me laundry detergent. She also provided a variety of fruits every day. The breakfast was rich and varied, including Chenzhou specialties like fish noodles and pig-killing noodles, which my children loved.

This stay was fantastic! I brought my kids here for a winter break trip, and the front desk staff was so thoughtful, providing children's slippers and toothbrushes. When we checked out, they even gave the kids a small gift bag with toys and snacks, which they loved. The housekeeping staff was also great, providing extra pillows and blankets for us. The hotel has a gym and laundry room on the same floor, which was very convenient to use. Food delivery was brought to our room by a robot, and I highly recommend the fish noodle soup for breakfast – the Hunan rice noodles were truly delicious! We'll definitely be back.

I booked a one-day tour through Ctrip to visit Mangshan Wuzhifeng, and the pick-up point was near Wuling Square. So, I chose this hotel in that area. Actually, there are many hotels around here, so you have plenty of options. The hotel reception is on the second floor, and rooms are on the second and third floors. You need to use your room card to access the elevator between the second and third floors, which is a nice security feature. The restaurant is directly opposite the front desk and offers free popcorn and roasted sweet potatoes, which were delicious. The front desk staff was friendly, and the room had no strange odors and was very clean with new facilities. On the downside, the Wi-Fi signal wasn't very stable, and the soundproofing wasn't great. In the middle of the night, a man was talking on his phone in the hallway instead of going into his room. If I hadn't been so sleepy, I would have heard every word clearly.

This stay in Huaguan is like opening a dream trip with a beautiful encounter. Stepping into the hotel lobby, the soft lights are sprinkled on the exquisite decoration, and the air is filled with the elegant fragrance, which instantly calms my tired body and mind. The room is warm and elegant, and every detail is showing the intention. The soft bed is like a cloud, which makes me sleep well all night; The green plants by the window add a touch of vitality to the room, and the sun shines on the floor through the window, forming a warm patch of light, which makes people feel particularly happy. The hotel staff is even more warm and thoughtful. From the smile service at check-in to the caring care during the stay, I feel the warmth. This stay was great. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and look forward to coming here again next time to continue to write this good memory.

The hotel is ideally located near South Tower Park, making it very convenient for business travelers. The environment and facilities are top-notch, with everything feeling brand new and very comfortable. Upon entering, everyone was incredibly welcoming, greeting guests with genuine smiles – truly excellent service. The hotel offers self-service check-in, and the staff's guidance was superb, making me feel truly valued. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, including delicious local Hunan specialties, tailored perfectly to the region. The room was spotless, and the smart home controls throughout made everything very convenient and quick to use. Overall, my stay was extremely satisfying, a truly excellent choice.

這次住的酒店服務真的超滿意！位置很方便，出門不遠就是公交站，高鐵站也不遠，下雨天還熱情的幫忙安排了高鐵接站服務，房間特別乾淨，床品軟軟的，睡起來很舒服，衞生間沒有一點異味，洗漱用品也齊全。小何服務員態度特別好，辦理入住和退房都很快，有問題問他們，都耐心解答，還主動給我們推薦附近的景點。早餐種類挺多的，味道也不錯，能吃到飽。房間設施設備也可以，空間很大，晚上很安靜，不會被打擾。還免費給我們升級了房間，性價比超高，這個價格能住到這麼好的酒店，真的很划算。下次來還會選這家，也會推薦給朋友！

Came for the ChenZhou marathon 2024. Got upgraded to Huge room(＞40m2), clean, quiet environment, cheap (369 CNY). However, when you switch off the ventilation fan in the room, there is a smoke smell coming...🚬 ...so first time here, last time here...
