Good room clean owner room kind😍

Forgot to take photos, but the room is clean and very good for a budget price. Theres laundry service downstairs. Although, The location of my room is not so good, very exposed to noise of roosters.

I’m was satisfied to stay here and recommended my friends to choose this place for their trip in Chiangmai.

It's far from the city centre, or any sightseeing locations. Need to Grab a car to anywhere all the time. Luckily there's one convenient store 7-11 near it, and some food options along this Thai neighbourhood road/area. Throughout my 4 nights there, I've not seen any foreign tourists. But overall, it's OK for a short stay, for those who want to be away from all the overcrowded tourist locations. Room is clean but bathroom/toilet is constantly wet, not so convenient. But they do have a small balcony with a small metal bar to dry your underwear & socks.

The price was reasonable, the security was good with the key card access, there was a local market near the hotel where I could buy Thai food in the morning, and the staff was friendly.

I think rooms are very little and Congesdet. Location isn't enough good. Overall I am satisfied.

There are ants and cockroaches in the room, especially on the bed.

Location actually good. Right there it’s the street with all local eateries , and shops , open until late which is very good. Hotel room got freezer so you can keep your food and beverage as you like, also got water, coffee , tea and cocoa!))

The room is excellent. A bit small but it is very clean. They clean and change towels everyday. Guest attendant was so polite even though i was not in the mood when we checked in. 🙏🥰.

Though it is a bit far from the Chiang Mai city, I truly experienced 2 hassle-free nights there. Breakfast is quite acceptable and delicious. Staff are friendly and nice.

The fan is very good. Suitable for one person. The room is clean. The atmosphere is good. The view is of the hospital.

The family-style apartment House and Home Residence is the first time I checked into the hotel. The location is a bit far away from the ancient city and other tourist attractions. It is suitable for self-driving tourists. There are many authentic restaurants opposite the hotel with a wide variety of choices suitable for people of any nationality. The hotel rooms It is very clean and the area is acceptable. It also provides simple breakfast with Chinese and Western options. I will continue to stay here in the future.
