Good location. Sunday night market is behind this Hotel. Need to climb stairs to room, no lifts so do ask for ground level rooms if cannot climb stairs. Lovely clean and well designed charming rooms with balcony. Bathroom is spacious comes with seperate shower area No need to climb into tub to take shower. Wonderful!! Very new furnishings bright and sleek oveeall decor.. highly recommend this Hotel. Generous with breakfast range too.. simply enjoyable though only 1 night. Worth every minute. Thank you to friendly helpful courteous staff.

Our stay at Pran was pretty disappointing. The location is great to stay out of the madness of the city, but after booking because of positive reviews we were really disappointed. We asked the staff about laundry as it was listed in the services offered, but they said they “do not do that”. Unbothered we asked if they knew somewhere close we could go and in response we were told to “use google”. One evening when coming back we were confronted by the owner in front of other guests for not having breakfast and telling us she didn’t know who we were even though we had met her earlier that day. Despite letting ourselves in with the key card she also stood in our way asking if we had a room number and why we weren’t on her WhatsApp…. When we were. Overall the stay was pretty uncomfortable - maybe that’s just because we’re really not Bed & Breakfast type people. If that’s what you’re searching for this might be the place for you, but it wasn’t for us.

Really like this hotel 1: The environment is very good and the traffic is very convenient. It is a long walk from Tha Pae Gate. 2: The room is large and the decoration style is also my favorite simple style. There is a big bathtub, but unfortunately I don't have the habit of taking a bath. 3: The boss is very nice. We went to Chiang Mai for the first time. We were not familiar with the surrounding area. The boss was very enthusiastic to help us recommend where to eat deliciously. Every time we recommended it, it was very appetizing to our appetite. 4: Don't worry about communication problems, because the boss is our communication problem in China 5: Because it was during the epidemic, domestic masks were not easy to buy, so I asked the boss to buy us a little mask, the price is very reasonable, 6: Say so much good, also say bad, the only thing is that the hotel may be a bit noisy in Malay, but you don't worry, the boss is equipped with earplugs, shut the glass before bed, it is no problem, the glass has sound insulation effect, so don't worry Forgot to take a photo of the room.

The hotel is just ok. It’s cheap so you probably get what you pay for. Staff is nice and helpful. Location is good and quiet. They clean the room every day but some parts they don’t. For example the toilet door. The dirt has been there for ages most probably. Also the fire alarm was covered with plastic. And it was off. Now I understand why some hotels burn down in Thailand. This is the worst part of my stay there.

I stayed at Comfy Corner Hotel for four days and really liked it. The location is great—close to cafes, markets, and key spots in Chiang Mai. The room was clean, the bed was comfy, and the air conditioning worked well. A nice bonus was the air humidifier in the room, which made the air much more comfortable. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was a big plus. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. I also loved that there was a coffee machine at the reception where you could grab a cup anytime. Despite being in the city, the hotel was quiet, so I got good rest. Overall, a great place to stay—comfortable, affordable, and well-located. I’d definitely come back!

Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors. As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it. One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. We are already eagerly planning our next visit, as we can't wait to relive the wonderful memories and create new ones in this extraordinary haven. The overall feeling is great. The breakfast is free and delicious. There are many varieties and richness. The only problem is that the door of our room can't be fully opened. It's a bit broken. But the room is relatively clean. It's a bit small, but the price is very high. You can also drink coffee and instant noodles for free on the first floor, as well as small snacks. Overall, it's very good. The front desk also helped us make several phone calls without being impatient. There are also two kittens! Very friendly and cute.

Conveniently located in Kalare night bazaar. Friendly Staff. Room was adequately decorated, clean and comfy bed. breakfast was very ordinary with limited food choice. However recommended

First time in Chiang Mai and chose to stay at this hotel due to the good reviews. The rooms are big and spacious, with a huge bathroom and complimentary bottles of water every day. Far away from the main area so quiet, but did mean that we had to take a Grab for most of the places we want to go as it’s about a 15 min walk just to the start of the old town through a residential area with not much else going on. Great Khao Soi restaurant 10 mins away from the hotel though with a Big C supermarket next door.

I'll highly recommend for the hotel. convenient location, in front of night braza. Lots of happening at night. Hotel provide perfect service. Love it. Will definitely come back if I go chiangmai.
