The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to all the main attractions. Self-check-in was super fast and convenient. The only minor drawback was that only one elevator was operating, which sometimes meant a long wait. However, even that didn't detract from our overall positive impression.

The hotel is in a very good location, right by the river. You can walk along the Chicago River downstairs. You can walk to the Magnificent Mile, and it is also very close to Millennium Park and can be reached on foot. The facilities are a bit old but overall acceptable.

The hotel is in a prime location, next to the Michigan Bridge, next to the beautiful Londonhouse. It is a long and narrow building with a small facade. There are two hotels inside. The 20th to 40th floors are CQ, and the 20th floor and below are the river hotel. You can walk down to the river and take a boat. You can walk to Millennium Park and Navy Pier. The north-facing rooms face the Trump Tower and overlook the bridge on the Michigan River and the ships coming and going. The rooms are simple and suitable for tourists who are looking for cost-effectiveness. There is a self-service coffee machine on the second floor, where you can rest and watch TV. There are desks and chairs suitable for business guests. I didn't see many Asians during my stay.

The space is a bit cramped, but the price/performance ratio is still very high. The manager is very nice and the service is very attentive. Because there are two quarter clubs nearby, we went to the wrong place, and the manager was very considerate and transferred the reservation. Big thumbs up!

Hotel wifi has never been good The location is in the heart of downtown. I was grateful for the luggage storage and late check-in.

The room is relatively small, but in an area like downtown Chicago where land is at a premium, it is still a very cost-effective option.
