I enjoyed this hotel very much. At first I was concerned about the lobby renovations on the first floor because the ‘front desk’ on the 4th floor was quite cluttered. However, the room was exactly like the photos and nicely cleaned. The view left me in awe! The day of checkin I left my purse in the taxi and the front desk clerks were extremely HELPFUL. They spoke with the driver and helped me to reclaim my bag. The service was 10/10. The hotel is nearby a beautiful pedestrian street and I enjoyed shopping, eating, and the sights. I would stay here again!

Incredible hotel in the centre of Chongqing. Our room was stunning, spotless and really luxurious (we had a Dawn Tower Riverview) ; the bath in the room is insane, more like a swimming pool, with amazing views over the city and river. We visited the storm spa which was an amazing and unusual experience. The staff were all really great, big thanks to our butler, Wish, who was so kind and always on hand to answer all our questions, she helped us navigate the city and order food to our room. Also the reception staff including Baby, who made the check-in/check-out super efficient. Would definitely book this place again if we return to Chongqing.
