The only downside is that the housekeeping department was quite slow in delivering things. Since it's a five-star hotel, I recommend setting up a housekeeping center so I can contact them directly. Otherwise, it would be very late to wait for the switchboard to convey the information before the things are delivered. I almost fell asleep waiting for the things to be delivered three times.
