I was really impressed with Lilian who is in the front office. She went extra miles to assist me on every issue. Thumbs up to Lilian! She takes pride in her work. Really appreciate her effort. Hotel room is good in terms of space and cleanliness. Nice balcony too. Very convenient to all the eateries and walking distance to tourist spots. Best of all, it’s just a few steps to the subway station,Chaotianmen which connects to all parts of Chongqing. The only downside of this hotel is the horrible air conditioning system. It’s programmed to only ‘Air’ mode and cannot be adjusted to cool. It does get abit stuffy in the night. Overall this hotel is fine.

As soon as you enter the hotel, you can feel a comfortable feeling. The hotel lobby has a light fragrance and is very warm. Juice and cookies are also provided in the lobby. The front desk service is very good, the check-in is fast, the room is very good, the room layout is very warm, the mattress is very comfortable, and this room also comes with two breakfasts, which are also very rich. The hotel has done a good job in details and the location is very convenient. There is a light rail station less than 100 meters away. Overall, the experience is very good.
