Unfortunately, I caught a cold recently and felt a little unwell. After learning about this situation, an elder sister not only took the initiative to bring me hot water, but also gave me a few extra bottles of mineral water. This moved me very much and I felt the care and warmth of the hotel. The eldest sister's attentive service not only alleviated my physical discomfort, but also made me feel the warmth of home in a foreign country. The service at this hotel is really good, and every employee is dedicated to helping and taking care of the guests. I am very grateful to the elder sister for her care and help, and also to the hotel's overall service team. I will choose this hotel next time and recommend it to my friends. One star for the front desk, the service is still good. The rest is hard to describe. Before booking, I looked at this hotel on Ctrip for a long time. The reviews of this hotel were very good, rated 4 stars, the room was large, and it was only a few hundred meters away from the subway entrance, so I made a reservation. What I encountered when checking in: I went downstairs at about 7pm. I thought it was a four-star hotel, but the main door was also facing the street. No, it was in the alley on the east side of Longfor Times Street. We arrived at the mall at the time Garbage is being loaded and unloaded here, and the smell is touching. Finally I found the entrance to the hotel, which was the entrance to a unit building. It was mixed with many small companies. The elevator was old and dirty. The hotel is on the 18th floor. When you get out of the elevator, you will see a "super large front desk" with dim lights and old facilities. There will be pictures attached at the back. To put it bluntly, it is the standard of a fast hotel, which is far from 4 stars anyway. The front desk was very polite and checked in quickly. Our room was very close to the front desk. The corridor we passed along the way was narrow and the carpet was so dirty that it was visible to the naked eye. When I opened the room, it was about less than 30 square meters, which was very different from the 50 square meters I booked. I also attached a picture. The picture was taken while standing in the corner of the room. You can refer to it. The double bed and pillows are soft. There is nothing to comment on. After all, it is labeled as King Koil bedding. To be honest, I wanted to check out and find another hotel at the time, but it was a bit late and my two children wanted to rest after a long day away, so I endured it. Fortunately, I only stayed for one night. I would like to say especially here that if you need a disposable toilet seat, you must pay attention to the fact that its toilet seat is square, and the regular toilet seat cannot be used at all, because you really can’t bear the old dirt and have already wiped it. The dirty toilet seat is wrapped in toilet paper and you can use it reluctantly. The scariest thing about moving in is the soundproofing. I originally thought it would be close to the front desk and have good security, but I never expected that everyone checking in would pass by you. The sound insulation was so bad that it felt like they were talking next to you. The square dance lady downstairs in the morning would also play wonderful music. Wake you up early. I guess the hotel also knew that the sound insulation was poor, so they provided two noise-cancelling earplugs upon check-in. Summary: The experience is very poor. If you say this is a two-star hotel or an average hotel, I would give it 5 points. I can give it 3 stars for Samsung. But the page clearly labels a 4-star hotel, and the gap is huge. One star is really a high rating. The last thing I want to say is that if it is not the peak tourist season, you must not book in advance when booking this hotel, because the later you book, the cheaper the price. I booked several days in advance and the price was a little over 400. When I wanted to check out and switch to another hotel that day, I accidentally opened it and found that the price of the room was 157. However, the double bed I booked for "50 square meters" was fully booked. I couldn't see the price. I guess it was there and it wouldn't be too high.

I went to Daping Hospital to see a doctor. I stayed in a hotel near the hospital the night before and couldn't fall asleep. I started looking for hotels on my mobile phone in the middle of the night and finally chose Qingyue. As expected, the people were very bright-eyed. It was really good. The room was big and clean. Very good, comparable to similar hotels with higher prices. There is everything to eat in Times Street downstairs. I am very satisfied with the hotel. I also commend Xiaotao🍑 at the front desk for her gentleness and enthusiasm. We agreed to delay the check-out a little longer. Next time When I come to Chongqing, I choose Qingyue. (Warm reminder to everyone, if you come to Daping Hospital to see a doctor, don’t stay in the hotels a few hundred meters away from the hospital. I have tried several hotels but none worked. Take a taxi to Times Street Street in 5 minutes and walk for more than 10 minutes)

The location is very good! In Longfor Times Street, it feels like it is very lively all day long! Youthful atmosphere! The ladies at the front desk, Jingjing, Qiqi, and Zhongzhong, are all very nice. They are beautiful, generous, and cute. They are very hospitable and are as hot as the people from the mountain city! Although the downstairs next to it was being renovated and there was noise, earplugs were thoughtfully provided and the room was comfortable. Overall, it was good.

I stayed for 4 days and the ladies at the front desk were very nice and polite. The front desk is manned 24 hours a day, and any problems encountered along the way are solved proactively and patiently. Shopping at Times Street for daily necessities and Hema fresh food delivery and shopping are very convenient. It is adjacent to Metro Line 1, which is also convenient for travel, except for the elevator during peak hours. Apart from the slightly longer waiting time, there are no other issues. There is also a laundry service, which is very good to have in Chongqing.

The room facilities are okay. There is an elementary school below. Times Paradise Street is nearby. Life is very convenient. It takes only a few minutes to get there by subway. However, the sound insulation of the room is too poor. Some residents make loud noises in the middle of the night. After talking for hours, it was absolutely devastating to come back so early in the morning!

The window can't be closed, there are mosquitoes, and it's noisy near the roadside. It's okay if I change the room. The overall room is relatively small, and the chatting voices of the cleaning ladies in the corridor are relatively loud. The sound insulation is not good, and it can be heard clearly in the room.

The hotel is located on Longhu Tianjie, with a lot of food, drinks and entertainment nearby. It is only a ten-minute walk from the subway. The service attitude is very good. They will greet guests when they see them. The hotel facilities are also relatively new. The shower water pressure is very high. It is very refreshing to wash. I still have it in the afternoon. There is a dessert of fermented glutinous rice balls, which feels good
