Hotel is near the hotspot attractive area like jiefangbei street, hongya dong cave, and night market. Lots of nuggets and dates to try for free. Good hotel to spend with family, breakfast are good, nothing to worried 😊

Chonpines hotel is not easy to find. The nearest Xiaoshizi MRT exit 6 which is more practical for those who lug along with luggages as 300m of road leading to the hotel is rather flat and easy to move about. Hotel is walking distance to Luohan Temple, Jiefangbei, Honya Cave. There are lots of eateries along and around the hotel vicinity. Staff are friendly, but breadfast is not that fantastic. For the price paid it is still a good place to stay.

This hotel is strategically located close to shopping and food centers and malls.The hotel room is clean and the staff is also helpful, even though they can't speak English, you can ask them using Google Translate This hotel is suitable for the type of traveler who goes out of the hotel from morning to night and who likes shopping The entrance to the hotel doesn't match the map so you have to walk a bit, find Lowson then there is an alley on the right side of the road then just go straight

This hotel location is near the city center and famous places or tourist attractions such as Hongyadong. It's very convenient to visit cities and near Yangze rivers. The room is clean and the food is delicious. If you like to travel in Chongqing city, we recommend this hotel because the price is competitive.

Visiting Chongqing at this time of year was an absolute steal, and the weather was perfectly mild, not hot at all. The room was spotless, the bed was incredibly soft, and even though it was a windowless room, it was surprisingly quiet. I was thoroughly pleased. The location is absolutely unbeatable! It's right in the very center of Jiefangbei, and getting to Hongyadong only takes a leisurely 10-minute stroll. The hotel even provided complimentary chrysanthemum tea and cold beverages – talk about going the extra mile! The service was excellent too, truly impressive. And the food in Chongqing? It completely stole my heart!

I was very pleased with my stay at the hotel. Its location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Jiefangbei. Popular spots like 18 Steps, Hongyadong, and the Mountain City Trail are all within easy walking distance. 81 Snack Street is also just a few minutes' stroll away. With a large shopping mall directly downstairs, shopping, browsing, and dining are all incredibly convenient. The main highlight of staying here is the excellent value for money, especially if you're traveling during the off-peak season when prices are very affordable. I would definitely recommend it if you're planning a trip.

This hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. It's within walking distance to major attractions like the Monument, Hongyadong, and 18 Ladders. Public transport is super convenient, with subway and bus stations readily available. Plus, 81 Snack Street is only 500m downstairs! It's ideal for sightseeing and shopping, and offers excellent value for money. The complimentary flower tea in the lobby is also a really nice touch.

Overall ok just only the lift a bit dirty. The breakfast not much choices. The Laundary services is good.

The Feifan Chengpin Hotel is ideally situated in the Jiefangbei business district. It's conveniently located near attractions, with Hongyadong and Raffles City easily reachable on foot. The rooms are clean and tidy, and Jiefangbei Street is right downstairs, offering an excellent location. Jiefangbei, one of Chongqing's iconic landmarks, holds significant historical and cultural value. Its history dates back to 1940 when it was first built as the 'Spiritual Fortress' (精神堡垒) to inspire public resistance during the Anti-Japanese War. After the victory in 1945, it was renamed the 'Monument for the Victory in the War of Resistance' (抗战胜利纪功碑). In 1950, Liu Bocheng inscribed 'Chongqing People's Liberation Monument' (重庆人民解放纪念碑) to commemorate the liberation of Chongqing and the entire nation. Xiao Zuo at the front desk provided excellent service.

The location of the hotel is well situated but the main entrance of the Hotel is difficult to be found for a 1st timer in Chongqing (The lighted Hotel Name is not the main entrance area). Services of the staff in general is good, rooms condition need to be greatly improve as most of the rooms on level 7 seems to be in a state of preparing for renovation with the use of masking tapes holding on to the wall paper replacement cloth. This hotel has all the very basic items only, cannot expect much for the price given. There is totally no sound proofing of the rooms, people walking, talking, far away restaurants blasting advertisement can be heard clearly and loudly. If looking for just a roof over head with shower, this hotel can be considered but for light sleeper or sensitive to sound, this is not a recommended hotel.

Can recommend the stay. The location is very central and the main attractions are easy to reach by foot (or the metro to reach these locations). The breakfast is mainly spicy. However, a few things are non spicy. It is enough to start the day with a bit of food. Do not expect too much tho. The room was clean and nothing to complain. The main area is clean but a bit smelly time to time which makes it uncomfortable to pass through. (I am a very sensitive person regarding that tho) Due to the great location and price, I can completely recommend it.

Very bad hotel, i dont recomend it. Old and dirty. Very limited breakfast (no variety, no coffee). Only good the location. The rooms are very noisi, we listened the conversations and the shower of the next room. Please choose another option. Worst hotel in 14 days in different locations around China.

all ok , but difficult to find once the taxi or didi leaves you around.  must improve the way to find the reception

I stay 5 nights at Chonpines Hotel which is an excellent stay for me at Chongching. The hotel occupied floor no 7&8. The receptionist was at 8 floor. The room is very clean and the interior design is attractive. The check in & check out process is fast. The receptionist cannot talk fluent english but they ready with translate phone, so communicate with them is easy. The amenities in the room is good with electric kettle, slippers, hair dryer, etc. They have laundry room too. The location of the hotel is perfect. It's at the heart of Chongqing - Jiefangbei area which make you very easy to go to everywhere. There is convenience store - lawson nearby, also chagee + heytea + luckin coffee + starbucks just across the building. Public road also only few steps make it so easy to call didi. The metro station also not too far away. My recommendation is when you want to use metro from airport, you can take exit 9 of Xiaoshiji metro station which have escalator (not every exit have full escalator to outside). Many tourist attraction near the hotel - below 1km like hongyadong, bayi road, etc that you can walk there if you not too tired or just call didi with a very reasonable price. On my last day, I need to go to airport at 4 o'clock in the morning. The receptionist lady was very helpful and patient. She help me to book scheduled didi ride and call the didi driver to make sure he pick me up at 4 o'clock and explain my situation with many luggage. With my limitation to speak chinese, she was very kind to explain everything. Overall it was a good stay, good spend of money and good memory. Wish could back to Chongching and I will stay at Chonpines again. Thank you!
