I could control everything—from lights and the TV to the air purifier and humidifier—using voice commands, which was extremely convenient. The service was outstanding and personalized. The staff went above and beyond by arranging airport pick-up, providing a wake-up call, and ensuring seamless transportation back to the airport, which made my journey worry-free. Overall, this hotel delivered on every level, with attentive service, advanced amenities, and a commitment to guest satisfaction that left a lasting impression.

The space is very large, with a desk, sofa and Xiaomi TV (it would be better if you have a membership, I use the screen projection to watch) Facilities: refrigerator, washing machine. This is very important. In Chongqing where the temperature is over 40 degrees, this is very important.

Service at 颂夏 is most delightful. We had an early check in to a beautiful and clean room. The room lights, curtains, TV, alarm and aircon are controlled by Xiao Ai. We took the option of afternoon tea and had an awesome time at the lounge with rose flavored coffee latte and cinnamon apple tea with a French toast set. The hotel is connected to a large mall with sufficient local meal options. As we are heading to the airport, the hotel staff called a didi Free of charge for us and gave us an umbrella as it was raining. Such thoughtful and detailed service is really remarkable and we will definitely want to come back.

The room is spacious and clean. The small table is very artistic and unique. It is also equipped with a smart toilet. I have stayed in hotels that cost more than a thousand yuan to have this. The staff is considerate and prepared afternoon tea. They also reimbursed the taxi fare from the airport. The cost performance is too high.
