The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. The room was very compact with the toilet and shower behind a glass screen next to the bed. Cleanliness and location was great just don’t expect the room to be as the advertised photos.

Very good address in Ciutadella, very close to the ultra center of this very pretty city. The room I got was very inexpensive, a little unusual, very comfortable and quiet with direct access to an equally pleasant terrace. Possibility of using a very well equipped kitchen and an equally cozy TV lounge. Reception simplified as much as possible to make our lives easy. Really a nice surprise! THANKS

Tiny room overpriced given the configuration. The toilet and shower are only separated by a curtain and a half-opaque sliding door. Forget all privacy and get used to the bad smells of pipes. The photos on Booking were misleading and the owner did not wish to take any action. We therefore shortened our stay in this place which is not worth its exorbitant price (the same as a superior room in the same place). No reception on site and no solution was offered to us. I absolutely do not recommend! THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN EVER HAD

Pasamos 2 noches aquí y ambos quedamos muy decepcionados. Caro para nada. No lo recomiendo... We spent 2 nights here and we were both very disappointed. Expensive for no confort or services. I do not recommend.

The common areas are rather pleasant and well laid out. My room was small and comfortable, a dedicated room for the bathroom would have been more pleasant

the common areas, kitchen and living room, were very good, the location of the apartment too but the room was small and I didn't like the unclosed toilet at all.
