Best Western Plus Magnolia Inn Suites

The door to our room was so incredibly difficult to open. We had to push very hard to open it because it was sliding across the floor. The room was not made up for us on the second day even with the placard asking to have it made up. There was no shampoo in the room when showering. There were 3 conditioner bottles. Breakfast both days was good.

Nice stay on the spur of the moment. Clean, comfy, front desk was very nice and helpful. Food in the morning was pretty tasty as well.

The staff @ the BW Cleveland TN has been absolutely incredible. I have relocated to Cleveland TN from Canada and BW Cleveland has made my stay with them seamless, restful, and peaceful. Anna the overnight hostess was absolutely incredible, The Day staffers were also incredible making booking multiple-night stays over a week-long while I transition into becoming a permanent Cleveland resident easier and less stress-inducing as relocating can be very stressful in and of itself. I want to mention John the afternoon Hostess professional was/is sweet and very accomodating and personable young man... Another gentleman and a female hostess on the Dayshift as Hostess went above and beyond to make my stay and adding additional stays, day & nights, seamless..He demonstrated such kindness and care and really valued his position as a Best Western Associate that he truly made my stay wonderful. I will HIGHLY recommend anyone to try a stay or a vacation with BW Cleveland TN...the staff at this location: The Breakfast Hostess, and The Cleaning staff all very very kind, compassionate and I personally value each and every one of them ... and you as a company. HIGHLY ... Happy Thanksgiving to you all.... A very Merry Christmas... I will pray to my GOD that BW Cleveland TN gets praise and recognition for the OUTSTANDING quality of services YOU all PROVIDE. It was just one night and the room was clean. the desk clerk was a wonderful lady and really helped out. had a good night's sleep

My kids said it was a 5 star hotel.. it was very clean and quiet stay and the place was booked.. the staff on checkin and check out was very friendly and done their job..

Good value, nice clean and large rooms, great breakfast, nice and helpful staff. Area around GW is mostly other hotels.

Overall wonderful stay. Staff pleasant and accommodating. We were in an accessible room n was rather crowded n bathroom shower had a foul smell of mold/mildew.

Great hotel however elevator was out and our room was on third floor. My husband has mobility issues so it was tuff. If elevator issue is addressed this was a great hotel

The desk staff were amazingly friendly! room very clean, breakfast was great!
