Copenhagen Vesterbro/Kongens Enghave Hotels

Strategically located, only 5 min on foot from Copenhagen Central station. A lot of hotels in this area and I think Hotel Mayfair quite stood out with its bright signage and big building. The room itself was clean and quite spacious, enough for 3 travellers. However, some things to note include - there's no fridge in the room so you will have to store your perishables in the staffs fridge in the luggage room, no kettle and also cups provided are too small for even coffee provided. One letdown was the poor ventilation for bathroom. There was some kind of odd smell from the toilet every time we entered the room. Staff were all attentive and helpful, they helped us with filling up hot water and storing our bags before checking in.

The hotel facilities are very good and the rooms are spacious. There are neto and other supermarkets nearby. The location is a certain distance from the city center, but not far from the nearest S train station, which is also very convenient for traveling to the city center. The breakfast is a normal Nordic breakfast type, which is suitable for those who don't want to go out to buy breakfast in the morning.

Hotel is a bit walk from the metro. But there is a bus stop in front of the hotel. Typical Moxy style. Breakfast is decent though quite crowded around 9am. About 15 min to city center door to door. Good that Metro is 24H, otherwise, would not recommend to stay this far from the center.

Great hotel. Centrally located . A few metres from Copenhagen Central Station and Tivoli. Rooms are modern, nice and clean although privacy can get abit questionable depending on your room choice. Excellent and amazing service from Charlotte and Dennis. They are both professional, out going , keen and very dedicated to assisting you in making sure your stay is as comfortable as EVER ✅. They are the reason I keep coming back .

Convenient location. 20 mins metro ride from the airport and the hotel is a short walk away from the station and central train station. Though the pathway has cobbled stones so could be challenging dragging luggages across. I booked a single room and upon getting to my first room, I realized I had to manoeuvre a flight of steps to get to the room, which I immediately u-turned back to the reception to ask for a room change. That's when I was told that all single room types are at the 'sub levels' that have stairs. I wished someone mentioned this in the reviews earlier. It was already a pain dragging a heavy luggage on carpet, this is made worse with the flight of steps in between. The room is small but they have put in smart features to maximize space. I like the open wardrobe concept and how they've incorporated the luggage rack as a folding style from the mirror/wardrobe. Shower area is a bit small, but water pressure of the rain-shower head is good. Bed and pillow are softer than I would prefer. The pillow is so soft it's almost as good as not having one. Breakfast was excellent, a good spread of pastries, bread, cold cuts, yoghurt, cereals, eggs and sausages. I love it that the staff are very prompt in refilling whatever is running low and in clearing plates.

The hotel is great, historical building, a few minutes walk from the train station, right next to Tivoli amusement park, the hotel is large and artistic, I like their breakfast restaurant

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tivoli Hotel in Copenhagen, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a charming blend of modern comfort and classic elegance. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the iconic Tivoli Gardens and other major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including a stunning view of the city skyline. The dining options were also fantastic, offering a variety of delicious meals that catered to all tastes. Overall, my experience at the Tivoli Hotel was exceptional, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Copenhagen!

Great for a short week in Copenhagen. Walking distance to the central station, the main shopping street, and some of the tourist-spots you should visit if it’s your first time in town. We especially liked the roof-terrace which has excellent views and is a bit of an oasis in the buzzing center of Copenhagen. Recommend!

A really great hotel. It's about a five-minute walk from the train station. The city hall is 10 minutes away. The hotel is not a chain luxury five-star hotel. But the decoration is very warm. And the staff is also very enthusiastic. Although the facade is also small, it is very beautiful. There is a cafe on the first floor. Before check-in, the hotel will send an email in advance to remind you to check in. After checking in online, you can get the key directly at the front desk. It's very convenient. It is worth mentioning that their 🔑 is very delicate! Like a pendant. The room is not very big, but there is an indescribable sense of warmth. This time the room is facing the street, and it is so healing to look at the street view downstairs. The mattress and pillow are very comfortable! ! Suitable for staying in bed. The disadvantage is that the toilet is really too small. The elevator is also very small. Two people can barely get in. After all, this is a flaw of the old house. Overall, it is really recommended! ! !

Despite two requests (quiet location and not close to the elevator), I got a room right on the main street, which was directly opposite the elevator. I realize that hotels can't always accommodate such requests, but I thought that was pretty stupid. Otherwise, there was nothing to complain about. The breakfast buffet was fine and the service staff were always nice and friendly.
