Crowne Plaza Hotels in Da Nang

It was a very nice 3 nights staying at Crowne Plaza. The only thing is the cleaning staff on the 7th floor Block2 are not very professional. I think because of the language barrier. Otherwise, most of the staff speaks a bit of English and Chinese. That helps a lot. Especially thanks to the staff at the poolside bar. They are very good. The pools are gorgeous. The beach is clean. We enjoyed being out early in the morning watching Sunrise and in the afternoon, hanging out at the pool.The breakfast is great. The Chinese restaurant is also good as well. The staff are nice too. Overall, we loved it We will be back!

Excellent accommodation with the best service I have ever received from a hotel. From the moment we checked in and were greeted with welcome drinks, to the staff who installed the baby rails on the bed, and the wonderful team at breakfast — thank you so much!
