The service is absolutely exceptional – from the moment you arrive, you feel welcomed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. Every request is handled with kindness and professionalism, and the staff is always ready to help at any time.
The location is perfect, right across from the beach. The beautiful swimming pool, delicious breakfasts, and delightful afternoon tea with a great selection of snacks make the stay even more enjoyable.
The rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. There's also a fantastic kids' playroom on the 12th floor next to the pool, which is a great bonus for families.
We also loved the extra benefits offered when extending our stay – the longer you stay, the more pleasant surprises you receive. If you haven't exchanged your cash yet, they have currency exchange at reception.
We will definitely come back! Our vacation was truly unforgettable.
A special thank you to Sam from the restaurant and Cecilia from the reception for their outstanding hospitality. And of course, our sincere appreciation goes to the entire hotel team – everyone works so hard to make every guest feel special. Thank you for an amazing experience! ❤️❤️❤️

AAnonymous UserThe service was really good, especially the spa on the 5th floor. My friend and I had a foot massage together, and it was incredibly comfortable! Both masseuses were strong and made us feel great. The rooftop pool is also exceptionally beautiful, I loved it! You can even see the beach across the way, it's very close by. The only downside was that there were only two charging outlets in the hotel room. My friend and I had six devices to charge, so we had to keep swapping them out. Also, the shower water in the bathroom remained cold even after waiting 10 minutes. I ended up taking a shower with almost cold water. I haven't encountered this issue in other hotels in Vietnam!

BBa Nàng Công ChúaMy impression of Risemount was that it felt fresh, modern, and youthful. However, my overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I arrived at the hotel at 3:30 PM, but there was no greeting at the entrance. At that time, only one receptionist was assisting another guest. While I was carrying my child and two hand-carry suitcases to the counter, a female staff member from another desk kindly came over to help me with the check-in.
After checking in, I was offered a glass of ginger tea with honey. At first, the flavor felt quite strong and slightly spicy, so I thought it might contain a bit of alcohol. After asking, I understood that it was ginger tea with honey, which was a thoughtful welcome drink.
In the room, I noticed a strand of hair in the bathtub, and the showerhead in the standing shower was loose, causing water to splash outside. Together with the bathroom slippers, this made me feel a bit uncomfortable and less safe while using the bathroom. The soundproofing could also be improved, as I could still hear traffic noise and sounds from the neighboring room even with the windows and doors closed.
During the night, I was disturbed by mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep well. At around 2 AM, my daughter, who was very tired after a long day at the beach, had an accident in bed. I tried to contact housekeeping and the reception for assistance, but unfortunately, I could not reach anyone at that time. This was quite inconvenient during our stay.
In addition, although the breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, I personally felt that the presentation and overall setup could be more refined to better match the hotel’s standard.

GGuest UserThe location is superb, offering the convenience of a bustling area while maintaining a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. It's about a 10-minute walk to the pier for night cruises and only 5 minutes to the night market, making it perfect for families with young children.
The hotel's amenities are also very satisfying. The overall antique decor is great for taking photos. Both swimming pools offer excellent photo opportunities day and night, creating a fantastic ambiance.
I want to especially highlight the service, which was the most touching part of my stay:
For Chinese tourists, the front desk staff proactively adds guests on WeChat, making it convenient to contact them if items are forgotten or needs arise, which is incredibly thoughtful. All the staff members are warm and polite, and they provide detailed explanations of the hotel's facilities and services, making guests feel at ease.
Due to a personal health issue, when checking out, the hotel specially arranged staff to help carry my luggage to the car and bowed when bidding farewell. You could really feel their genuine sincerity in service. Receiving such care and attention from strangers in a foreign country was truly moving.

The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, diligently addressing even the smallest issues, which I truly appreciated. It was also a plus that there was a staff member who could speak Korean. While there were a couple of mix-ups on the hotel's part, they handled them smoothly and professionally in the end, so I was satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety, but the taste was a bit disappointing; however, it was perfectly fine for a quick morning bite. The peach yogurt was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly too! If I visit Da Nang again, I would definitely want to stay at this hotel.

JJJun..The hotel location was very convenient, situated just next to the shopping mall and across the river. The surrounding area was quite nice, especially for an evening walk as the atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing at night.
The room itself was average and could have been cleaner. One thing that was a bit disappointing was the kitchen setup — the room had a stove and hood, but there were no kitchen utensils provided at all. It felt strange to have a kitchen without the basic equipment needed to actually use it.
Overall, the stay was decent mainly because of the excellent location, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and room facilities.

The duvet, weighing a comforting 12 pounds, promised restful slumber. However, storage space was limited, and the tech offerings felt slightly outdated.

The staff demonstrated commendable responsiveness, particularly in rectifying the initial room issue. Their attentiveness was evident, yet there were moments where interactions veered towards the procedural rather than the intuitive. A memorable instance was a staff member’s recommendation for a local hidden gem, which enriched my stay considerably.
Dining & F&B (6/10):
Breakfast was serviceable, offering a decent selection of local and international fare. However, it lacked the finesse and creativity one might anticipate in a luxury setting. The eggs Benedict, while perfectly cooked, was served with a hollandaise that bordered on bland. The bar, situated on the rooftop, provided panoramic views and a well-curated cocktail menu, though service was inconsistent.
Facilities & Amenities (7/10):
The rooftop pool, maintained at a refreshing 26°C, was a sanctuary from the city’s heat. The gym, though compact, was equipped with modern apparatus. Spa services, while pleasant, did not quite reach the transformative heights expected. The hotel’s gardens, lush and meticulously maintained, offered a tranquil escape.
