It's about a 15-minute walk to the Old Town, and the area is well-lit at night, so I felt safe walking around. There are many authentic local restaurants and cafes nearby that are incredibly affordable and delicious! 👍 There's a market right around the corner where I could buy fresh fruit! The free rental bikes are in great condition and ride smoothly. I rode a bike all the way to An Bang Beach, and even for a beginner, it was only about a 20-minute ride one way (just go straight 😉).

Our family—my husband, myself, and our mothers—recently stayed at HOIANIAN CENTRAL VILLA, and we had the most wonderful experience. The hotel owners are incredibly friendly, hospitable, and always ready to help. Our room was clean and cozy. We were particularly impressed with the excellent water pressure and truly hot water that never ran out – a real treat after long days of exploring. Upon returning from our walks, we were always offered tea and water, which really showed their genuine care for guests. The breakfasts were delicious, varied, and substantial, providing a great energy boost for the whole day. Many thanks to the owners for their warm welcome! We would gladly stay here again and will recommend this hotel to our friends and acquaintances.

The room isn't huge, but it's comfortable, beautiful, and has a great vacation vibe. The bathtub in the bathroom is super deep! Anyone under 150cm should be careful not to drown. Taller people or those with larger builds will probably love it. It's great for soaking and the water pressure is excellent. Breakfast was delicious, but the best part was their coffee – it's out of this world! Even though it's prepared by the staff, I suspect they've won barista championships. Seriously, every latte came out perfectly adorned. The juices were also incredibly tasty and freshly squeezed. Aside from the blackout curtains in the room not being very effective, everything else was fine. Though the natural light was actually quite pleasant. There's a 24-hour convenience store about 100 meters from the hotel where you can buy various things. - A quick tip: paying directly at the hotel was cheaper than booking online. - The only downside is the lack of accessible pathways. So, be prepared to do some lifting. There are about four steps between the hotel and the road. - The entire hotel only has four floors of guest rooms, with just three rooms per floor. The top floor has a pool, which is great for photos and has some jets for massages, but it's not really for swimming – though it's fine for kids to splash around.

The hotel is within walking distance of the famous Dragon Bridge, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The road in front of the hotel is wide and accessible, which makes Grab pickups and drop-offs extremely convenient—especially when traveling with elderly family members or young children. Drivers can comfortably wait for a few moments without causing traffic congestion, something that many travelers will appreciate. The surrounding area is also filled with useful amenities. There is an excellent massage center located right next door, offering quality services at very reasonable prices. Just a minute’s walk from the hotel, you’ll find a fantastic laundry service that is both convenient and affordable. Restaurants, convenience stores, and other essential services are also within easy reach, making this hotel an excellent base for exploring Da Nang. For this stay, I booked the most affordable room category, so the room was understandably compact and cozy. Despite its size, the room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed provided a good night’s sleep, and although my room did not have a window, the ventilation remained surprisingly good. I also appreciate the hotel’s strict non-smoking policy, which significantly contributes to maintaining clean indoor air quality. The bathroom was clean, functional, and comfortably sized. Bath gel, shampoo, and hand wash were all provided. Water pressure was strong and consistent, while the water temperature remained stable throughout my stay. The shower head was clean and well-maintained, which is something I always pay close attention to. The room features marble flooring, which not only gives a premium feel but is also cooling underfoot and easy to keep clean. There is a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hangers, making it convenient for longer stays. The air-conditioning was powerful, keeping the room cool and comfortable even during warmer hours. Overall cleanliness throughout the room was excellent, including the flooring, which felt pleasant to walk on barefoot. Considering its strategic location, cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility, Quang Minh Riverside Hotel offers exceptional value for money. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, adding to the overall positive experience. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Da Nang with a great location and easy access to major attractions, Quang Minh Riverside Hotel is definitely worth considering. Cleanliness -The hotel is super clean. Bedroom is clean, walkway is clean, toilet is clean. Overall i am satisfied with the cleanliness Location -It is located in a small alley. The advantage is, it is not noisy and not busy. There is no bar or pub with loud music nearby. There is a spa and coffee shop next to the hotel. There is a 24 hour mart near to the hotel (Full Mart). The disdvantage is, need to take grabcar to go to all of the tourist places, walking is only possible if you are going to the beach. Other places, you need to take grabcar or rent a bike. Service -The service is good. All staffs are polite and pleasant. They greet you with smile. However, i could not rate a perfect 5 stars for the service because most of the staffs were unable to speak english. even with basic english they could not understand. You need to constantly open a translator in your phone in order to communicate with them -For breakfast, I would like to thank a staff name Mr. Sy (The chef in charge for the hotel’s breakfast). We are a muslim family, on our first day going for the breakfast, Mr Sy help to show us which food that is vegetarian friendly. Mr Sy is good in english too. Amenities The amenities is great. Even though this is introduce as a 3 star hotel, it is almost feel like a 4 star hotel. A lot of important amenities are available in the room. There are kettle, tea, coffee, mineral water, small fridge, small balcony, slippers, shaver, cotton bud, comb and include all of other basic amenities like shower gel, shampoo etc. im not sure about the iron, there is no iron in the room. and we never request for iron so i couldnt comment on that. Regarding the shower, the water pressure is a bit on the lower side. Soundproof -Still can hear baby crying next to our room. But we dont bother much about the soundproof honestly. As long as our sleep never been disrupted so i dont have anything to complain Would I come again to this hotel? -Yes if the price does not increase. I got this room for MYR124 per night which is cheap and affordable. -If the price increase, I will probably find other hotels that are nearer to the city (dragon bridge, han river, han market etc)

I previously wrote a review about this hotel. I stayed there three times during one trip. The room is small but quite cozy. Of course, it's not convenient to carry a suitcase down one floor since you arrive on the 7th floor and then have to take the stairs. There's a washing machine and dryer on the floor. Overall, I liked everything. On the terrace, there are only two not-so-comfortable loungers, and a table and chairs are really missing.

Booked 4 Nights at Lavender Riverside. Nice view in high floors and near to local food and marts at the back. Changed towels and clear rubbish daily but need to inform housekeeping to top up shower and shampoo if it runs out. Food is ok though guests behaviours can be better. Only thing surprise us was eventhough mentioned bottled water is complementary, do not take the ones in fridge as it is different size and nobody tell you it charge until check out.

this place was very lovely and clean, especially for how cheap it was unfortunately during the heat we found it was impossible to walk to the old town or the beach, but we just got taxis which only cost about 50.000 dong so not a deal issue the only issue i had is that when we wanted to do laundry there was no one around at the reception desk, and the only contact number we'd been given if we needed anything was the number for that desk all in all, a very enjoyable stay, and we just had to do laundry somewhere else thanks to our hosts!!

It's basically worth the price. It's not bad. It's convenient to eat at the door and there is a canteen. The wild woman on the street next door is more enthusiastic and barks. She often forgets to put the toothbrush and toilet paper. I still tip the cleaning staff.

This is already my third time staying at this hotel, and I keep coming back because it is very comfortable and reliable. The breakfast is one of the things I enjoy most. There is a good variety of food, and the quality is always good. I would also like to thank the staff for their kindness. When I traveled to another city, they allowed me to leave one of my suitcases at the reception for several days without charging any extra fee. I really appreciated that service. My only suggestion would be to add more vegetarian options and clearly label which dishes are suitable for vegetarians. There are already some vegetarian foods available, but better labeling and a wider selection would make the breakfast even better. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again.
