Perfect location, surrounded by beauty spas, salons, and restaurants. Hotel staff are very friendly and nice. I enjoyed the Vietnamese massage at the hotel.

I appreciate their hospitality and kindness. Overall it’s perfect except Japanese bathe closure time. I wish it opens till 11pm.

The room was amazing, equipped with everything you need and more. I was here on a business trip, and amenities like the desk lamp, air purifier, and notebook with a pen made my stay fantastic. Upon arrival, they greeted me with a welcome drink and were very accommodating to my requests. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, suitable for everyone from vegetarians to meat eaters. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was the view from the window, but it didn't bother me much." .

Comfortable bed and decent size room. Front desk can speak good english. Have a small swimming pool and onsen and level 1. But they close at 10pm i think.

Awesome hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Nice service. Good location. The hotel area is extremely large compared to other places. So you’ll enjoy calm noiseless nights.

Since my flight was at night, I used it to rest before my flight. There was a large public bath, so it was great for relaxing. My room was superior, so I couldn't see the view... I had to keep the curtains closed the whole time. I was in the West Building, so it was a little inconvenient as it was far from the lobby and the baths. The staff were all very kind and smiling, which was relaxing. I went to a restaurant nearby, which I also recommend (Madame Lan). I didn't have any photos, so here are photos of the meal at the restaurant and the flight lol

The hotel is located in the old part of the city near the river, there are cafes and restaurants nearby. On the territory there is a covered parking, a swimming pool, a public sauna (separate for men and women) (included in the price of accommodation), a spa center, several restaurants. Upon check-in, cold towels and welcome drinks are provided, early check-in is available. The rooms are spacious, cozy, modern, have air conditioning, TV, extension cord, minibar, bathrobes and slippers. The hotel provides breakfast (included in the price of accommodation) on a buffet system, the food is very tasty, varied. You can also have breakfast, lunch and dinner in the BBQ restaurant located next to the hotel for 250,000 dong per person (the price includes the entire menu, a fixed amount is paid for entry). This restaurant has Japanese cuisine, the dishes are delicious, hearty, the staff is polite. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel, I will come back here again!

Although it is a little far from My Khe Beach, it is located near the Han River and is a new hotel, so I always stay here when I go to Da Nang. There is a Japanese yakiniku restaurant and a cafe & bar on-site, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat. There is a large public bath for Japanese guests, so you can relax. As you would expect from a new hotel, the rooms are also very clean. The only disappointing thing is that this time the large public bath was not cleaned, and there were used toothbrushes and razors left all over the place.

The staff member who guided me at check-in was very polite and spoke good Japanese. The other staff members were also kind and I was able to spend my time there with ease. Unfortunately, I was not able to go to the spa or the large public bath due to time constraints. I would like to use them again.

It's inconvenient that the WEST side is far from the front desk, but it's nice that you can use the bath for free with this price. The staff are very friendly and greet you every time you meet, which reminds me of the hospitality that is even better than in Japan. I was particularly impressed by the Japanese-speaking woman at the front desk, who was very attentive. It would be great if there was at least a little bit of Japanese food for breakfast...

I always stay here when I go on business trips to Da Nang. The breakfast has a wide variety of options and is delicious, and the staff are very friendly.

I felt at ease knowing that it was a Japanese hotel. I had originally booked a 3-night stay at the Grandvrio Resort, but since I would be checking in late on the day, I chose this hotel in Da Nang city! There is a shuttle bus from Grandvrio City to Grandvrio Ocean Resort Da Nang, which is convenient. There is a large public bath and the breakfast is delicious♪ There is a 5-star restaurant, Madame Lan, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel, so you won't have any trouble finding something to eat.

Hotel in the old city. A hotel with a small buffet and a small swimming pool. The location is not very good. This hotel is mainly used by group tourists and is recommended for business travelers.
