"Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (1 king bed, 2 queen beds, 2 bathrooms) as a group of 6 on the 10th floor. Rooms were spacious and well equipped (had a kitchenette with blender, fridge, and microwave) and were kept very clean and tidy throughout the stay by housekeeping. Hotel is situated close to My Khe Beach (about 10 min walk or 2-3 min bike ride), which was not crowded and very clean and good for swimming. Many places, good restaurants, and nightlife were also within 10-15 mins' ride away. Staff were generally nice and eager to help, especially when recommending places to visit, or helping to arrange for motorbike rentals. Some things to note: - Parking, rooftop pool, and breakfast, are all at the sister property (Cordial Grand) diagonally opposite the hotel. Might be inconvenient for some but we had no issue with this. - The bath tub/shower combi had no curtain, so it was a bit of a challenge to take a shower in it without wetting the whole toilet. Overall, pleasant stay, value for money! Would recommend."

"This is a hotel that opened not long ago. The facilities are good. The check-in experience at the front desk is not very good. The details need to be improved. The other staff are smiling and polite. The king-size room is on a lower floor. There are a lot of Vietnamese motorcycles, and they drive very fast and make a lot of noise!"

"The hotel is in perfect position, 1 minute walk to the beach. The street outside becomes a ” walking street” at night. It is full of bars, coffee shops and quaint restaurants. The Reception staff were totally on the ball, any queries were dealt with immediately. Would highly recommend you coming to stay here. Many thanks to the staff for making our holiday one to remember. "It was the best stay we had in Vietnam. The service was exceptional and very personalized. Upon checking in we were given hot face towels n a welcome drink followed with a selection of different scented soap, shampoo l, conditioner and body wash. We noticed two of our lights were not working. And it was replaced by the maintenance crew the day after. The breakfast selection was great and the all day free fruits n snack was a plus. The only issue we had was the location of our room. We book a room for 3. And it was situated in front of the road that was really noisy n we had to walk a few flights of stairs as there was no lift on our side of the rooms. Hence it is not suitable for families and elderly unless they stay on the opposite side of the hotel that mainly caters to double sharing rooms with a lift. It will be nice if the hotel could provide some ear buds as we had to buy from the pharmacy near us. The location was great, it is so near to the beach, some great eateries that serve some of the best salt coffee, fruits smoothie and banh mi....not to forget frog stew with noodles.n seafood popular among the locals."

"Nice hotel, great service and location. Gym is minimal with weights and all. Swimming pool is tiny but with warm water and indoor. Massage is not great but not expensive either with the voucher/promo. Shampoo and shower gel are not the greatest so do bring your own. Daily breakfast is great! There is American style and local pho. Amazing view if you book the river view."

"We had a wonderful stay at Florence Hotel! The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The staff were super friendly and always ready to help. The location is perfect right next to Lotte Mart and close to many attractions. We also enjoyed the pool and the beautiful rooftop view. It was stunning!! Everything was just smooth and easy. Would definitely come back again!"

"This hotel feels like a rip-off. First of all, it is located on a peninsula, and the surroundings are not very convenient. It is pitch black, and you have to order takeout to go to the supermarket to buy something. I booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and I had to catch an early flight on the last day. But when I asked the hotel front desk if there was a free airport shuttle bus, they said that this service was no longer available! I clearly saw that there was this service on Ctrip and booked this hotel. The environment is also average, and it feels like a three-star hotel in China. The sound insulation is not good, and I can hear a child making noise next to me clearly. I don't recommend this hotel. In fact, Da Nang is not very congested, and the airport is not far from the city, so there is no need to book this hotel specifically to catch a flight."
